TIPS TO A GREAT EMAIL

• If you have a high hard bounce rate, this could be sign you need to clean up your list for old emails

• Soft bounces could mean that users are on vacation or their mailbox is full

• Make sure to keep it simple, don’t overcomplicate with too many links. What do you want recipients to do?

• Think carefully about the language you use, are you sounding too sales or maybe you are not interesting enough, have a friend read it over

• Try to make sure your recepients remember you. Do this by sticking to your brand identity and remaining consistent in regularity and time of emails. Monday is a good day but every business is different so think about days you might be more busy in general.

• Use graphics, Canva is a great tool but special occasions call for the use of a real designer!
