• If a client has a full “In box” in Outlook or Outlook Express, this will stop new mail from “coming into the box.” Advise that they archive the mail to clear out the in box. Client may need to create archive folders, if not done already, to move the mail.

• Right click on the Inbox folder to create & name a new folder.

• Move mail to archive folders to clear out the inbox.

• Send a test message to the box while they are archiving the mail.

• Check webmail to see if the message was received, also check for ODD mail (large files, BLANK MAIL, bad email addresses, etc)

• When the inbox is cleared out, have the client click the Send / Receive button to see if they get the test message sent. Have them reply to that message.

• If the message was still not received, have the client re-start Outlook / Outlook Express & click the Send / Receive Button.

• If the message was still not received, have the client restart the computer and try the Send / Receive button again when the mail program is re-opened.
