Naked Brand Show

Urban Rally/Amazing Race Ideal Group Size: 10 to 80 people



Location: Outdoors

A fantastic, fun filled event and a great way of getting to see the Winelands, Cape Town, a specific venue or

“secret location”. The group is split into teams and each team is given a “Urban Rally Survival Pack” made up of

directions, clues & in-car activities. Chauffer driven vehicles can be arranged at an additional cost to ensure

optimum participation. Participants must complete various tasks, identify certain items on the way and work

out answers to cryptic clues as they make their way to their final destination.

Another variation would be an on foot option.

Archery

The bows are take-down laminated re-curve preset to shoot accurately at a range of 10 meters. Targets are

900-mm square competition. This generally (because of the large size) ensures that the beginner walks away

with a score on the board. Three games are played to enhance the competition! Bull-eye, Killer and 501.

· The signed booking form is binding and makes you liable to pay the deposit.

· A deposit of 50% of the total bill is payable to secure your booking. The balance is due 5 working days before the event.

Should the deposit not be received within 48 hours of your receipt of this booking form, we reserve the right to cancel

the booking with no further notification. Interest at 7.5% will be charged on overdue amounts

· Cancellation Fees

Within 28 days of departure or the event – 25% of quoted price.

Within 14 days of departure or the event – 50% of quoted price.

Deposits/Pre-payments are not refundable under any circumstances if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event.

person, or to any property which may occur beyond our reasonable control on the property or during the duration of

the function, team build or tour.

involved that may lead to loss, damage or injury.

· If there are any medical problems or queries that we as operators should be aware of please notify us in advance.

· Dynamic Corporate Activities will not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature, including consequential loss

or damage and loss for profit arising out of delays or failure to deliver due to fire, explosion, unavoidable breakdown
