The Flo-Coat process begins with a premium flat strip of U.S. steel. The steel strip is then cleaned, and then welded into a steel tube for further protection processes. After the steel tubing is welded it receives a triple layer of protection-zinc, conversion coating, and a clear polymer top-coat that gives the steel tubing exceptional strength and corrosion protection.
