input your yearly election results2. EC&C Portal

➢ No longer required to fill out the KI Secretary’s report on their website.
➢ KI site still used to input new members, run membership reports etc.
➢ Two views – depending on if your club subscribes to the Full club Management system or not and how you access site

First explore a secretary’s access when their club does not subscribe to the Full Club Management System.Go to www.kiwanis.org

➢First time – follow the instructions on the screen otherwise -➢Enter in your email address➢Enter in your password – you end up here
➢ Me – update your own profile/information➢ Members – gives the Secretary access to edit
existing members, add new members, print reports, review money owing to KI and print invoices etc.
➢ Secretary Dashboard – where the Secretary goes to enter in their yearly club elections report
➢ Club Bylaws – where the Secretary can go to print out their current bylaws, update their bylaws
➢ Education – where the Secretary or any other Kiwanian can go to access on line learning modules produced by KI
➢ The Formula – where the Secretary or any other Kiwanian can go to access information about the District’s growth.

This is the location of the only monthly report you should be
filing
➢ Each tab above gives you access to different functions
➢ Registration – where a member goes to register to attend District conventions and where the Secretary goes to select those registered to be voting delegates
➢ Monthly Report – Where you fill out your Monthly Club report – the only one you need to complete!
➢ Health Card – Where you can go and see how your club is doing – healthy, needs a check-up etc.
➢ User Profile – Were you can go to update your own information such as entering in your address or changing your password for this site.
Monthly Report
Monthly Report con’t.➢ Next month’s report is posted during the first week of
the current month – eg. June’s report will be posted sometime during the first week of May.
➢ Click on the Pencil icon to begin to fill out or edit your report
➢ Remember to save each section as your complete it➢ If you have recurring projects – list them as a monthly
occurrence and they will show up on the next month’s report.
Monthly Report con’t.➢ You can print your final report or save it as a PDF file
and forward it in an email to your board and/or entire membership – Don’t forget to select “Submit”!
➢ Reports can be edited after the fact if you need to update it and re-submitted.
➢ Print reports that track your service hours➢ Automatic rollup for a year end report➢ All reported info helps to create your Health Card!
Now we will explore getting into the system as a secretary when you club subscribes to the Full Club Management System and you access through your club’s
website.
Choose “Member Login” from your sites’ navigation bar.
➢ You are taken to the normal Portalbuzz website login screen. So far, so good!
➢ This is where things become drastically different! They have updated this site too!
➢ Navigation pane on the left is where you have to go.
➢ Choose this –➢ You are taken to a site that should look
familiar by now.
➢ Come full circle back to where you can access the KI Secretary Dashboard.
Take Aways –➢ Only 1 club report needs to be filed • Located in the EC&C Portal -
