Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups allpurpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, chilled
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup water, ice cold

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a food processor fit with a steel blade, combine the first 6 ingredients.
3. Cube chilled butter. Add butter cubes in the food processor and pulse until itresembles coarse meal.
4. Add honey and water to the mixture. Pulse until the dough comes together.
5. Divide dough into half. Lay out a large piece of parchment paper and dust it lightlywith flour, then turn the dough on to it. Pat the dough into a square that is about 1 inchthick and cover with another sheet of parchment paper.
6. Roll out dough until it is about 1/8 inch thick. Using an egg shaped cookie cutter, cutout crackers.
7. Place crackers onto a parchmentlined sheet pan. Repeat with the second batch ofdough.
8. Bake for 1416 minutes, until slightly browned on the edges.
Decorating:
Top crackers with homemade cream cheese frosting and decorate with fruit. Anyfrosting or spread will work. Fun and festive toppings include fruit, Easter candy andsprinkles.
