ORDERING AND PAYMENTS: You may submit wholesale orders via fax, email or eggpress.com. Please contact us if you would like to set up a wholesale account at eggpress.com. All opening orders must be prepaid. Net 30 terms can be set up on approval for all subsequent orders unless you prefer to remain on credit card terms. Egg Press accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Master Card, and American Express), check or wire transfer. Minimum order is $100 and single cards are sold in quantities of 6.

SHIPPING: Our processing time is generally 3-10 business days, turnaround times vary depending on order size and product availability. If you need your shipment expedited please contact our customer service department so that we can discuss your needs. During certain peak shipping times, requests for rush orders are much harder to accommodate and we cannot always guarantee immediate turnaround. Orders shipping within the lower 48 states will ship via UPS ground, we generally ship via UPS ground, we ship via DHL or USPS to all other locations*, unless you specify otherwise. Shipping costs are assessed at the time of shipping and will be added to your final invoice. Please contact us if you would like an estimate of shipping charges. Egg Press is not responsible for any duties or customs fees.

BACK ORDERS: From time to time we might decide to backorder an item or two so that you can receive the bulk of your order in a timely manner. We will ship any backorders that amount to $30 or more as soon as they are ready. If you would like to cancel any backorders or request shipment of lower value backorders, please contact our customer service department.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS: Please make changes to your order within 24 hours of submission. Returns must be authorized by Egg Press and will only be accepted if merchandise arrived damaged or was shipped in error.
