For a 13-metre trailer the loading time for 33 pallets - regardless of goods-type - can be reduced up to 15 minutes.

The TRAPO Loading System TLS 3600 functions autonomously: A clear competitive edge, thanks to this unique feature the TLS can compensate for both height differences as well as correct position on the ramp.

In order to save space, with this system the pallets are placed on the loading system from the rear.

Loading takes place in three steps. Up to three pallets are placed in a row on the stationary part of the system and aligned. This is followed by picking up and loading the row. At the same time as the loading process, the next row of pallets is formed and made ready.

A continuous flow which saves time and a transport stretch, thus avoiding waiting times for pal-let loading. For a 13-meter trailer the loading time for 33 pallets - regardless of goods-type - can be reduced by 15 minutes.

Unloading is performed in reverse order.

FULLY-AUTOMATIC LOADING WITH THE TLS 3600

With the autonomously functioning TRAPO Loading System TLS 3600 from the TLS Se-ries, TRAPO AG closes the safety gap between warehouse and the loading ramp.

As a partner for industrial automation TRAPO AG optimizes two aspects:

› Goods handling as components of effecti- ve overall logistics is performed securely, correctly and with short routes.

In the loading area TRAPO AG is setting a new course in the truest sense of the word:

The compact TLS is only 4.50m long and 2.30m wide with a lifting height of 1.35m and can function on rails, in order to serve several loading and unloading stations.

Regardless of requirement and volume, sever-al TLS units function in the loading zone – for optimum flexibility.

TRAPO Transport Shuttle TTS 1200 (TTS Series)The TTS 1200 approaches requested positions and reacts flexibly to production requirements. It takes over individual loads or loads on load carriers, for example on pallets. The TTS approaches rigid conveying structures and can navigate autonomously through the warehouse. The TTS takes over the pallet transport from warehouse to the TLS 3600.

Vertical conveyor The TRAPO vertical conveyor transports the TTS to different spatial levels.

TRAPO Warehouse Lift (TWL)The TWL takes the TWS to load and unload products or carri-ers at different levels.

TRAPO Warehouse Shuttle (TWS Series) The TWS stores and retrieves individual goods and pallets at the high-bay warehouse.

SMOOTH COLLABORATION WITH THE TRAPO TRANSPORT SHUTTLE TTS 1200

As a link between high-bay storage/shipping area and loading system the TRAPO Transport Shuttle forms autonomously-driving systems which convey pallets safely to the TLS. Depending on de-mand and volume, several TLS operate in the loading zone.
