1. Introduction: Personal Introductions
2. Conduct Sprint survey regarding participants personal digital etiquette.
3. Share YouTube video with participants regarding Digital Etiquette
4. Clearly define digital etiquette.
5. Discuss the importance of digital etiquette, or netiquette.
6. Review the results from the main survey given during introductions.
7. Guided Practice: Have participants use the polling tool to identifyappropriate and inappropriate digital etiquette. Encourage participants to
specify why these behaviors should be considered appropriate or
inappropriate.
8. Independent Practice: Present scenarios for participants to respond to. Have
them identify what is inappropriate, how they would handle the situation, and
how the situation could be prevented.
9. Summarize by giving tips on how to practice proper digital etiquette.
10. Complete summarizing survey.
11. Complete Workshop Reflection Survey.
12. Challenge participants to take the pledge of setting goals for themselves to
become a better follower of digital etiquette.
