INTEGRATIONThe software is modular but integrated and designed for successful networking. Once entered, core data is available wherever other modulesrequire it. Screens are intuitive and offer many short cuts to make inputeasier for expert and novice alike.

SOFTWARE SERVICES AND SUPPORT

Support is the most essential part of any School Management Information System. A fully staffedhelpdesk is open from 7:30 to 15:30 every school day as well as parts of school holidays.

Using a CRM system, all support calls are logged and resolved the same day. Technical support andadvice are also given to smaller problems. Unresolved problems are escalated within 24 hours tomanagement level to the technical and programming staff.Schools can request their helpdesk support logs if needed. Schools sometimes submit problems theyencounter via fax or e-mail.

Currently more than 30% of our customer base benefits from an on site support contract, as it is tailor made to their unique requirements. All on site support contracts are offered at preferential feesand rates.

Edupac further extends our support service to encompass the annual verification (audit) of school’sfinancials at a fixed cost.

Training requirements are customized for each school. Training can be given atthe school or at our formal training centre in Johannesburg. With ADSLtechnology, training can be given to schools with voice over IP technology andremote access software.Edupac has a fully equipped Training Centre that can accommodate 12 studentsat any time.
