EVS SUMMARY 2014-01

1. EVS in Italy

Dear collegues and friends, we are looking for 4 EVS volunteers from reliable partners

(as you) for the next deadline (17th of march) of Erasmus+. We are collecting

applications within the 3rd of march 2014. If you have some volunteers interested in,

please send me their CV and motivational letters.

2. EVS in ACD La Hoya in Spain

Volunteer tasks:

Project volunteer new Technologies, Sport:

Help in the different training courses for youth and adults about new technologies,helping in the website of the association, try to bring the new technologies in the rural

area.

Helping and supporting the training course that we have in cooperation with the school

and helping and supporting the different teams of the fotball club of the organization.

English course for begginers.

New Technologies:

Help in the computer courses.

Registration of people in computer courses.

Promotion of computer courses through posters.

Offering courses or workshops that the volunteer can provide to the youth and adults.

Insert information on the website, photographs of activities undertaken, articles

Update every week the website.

Different videos promoting la hoya and the youth program, along with young people

participating in activities and people of the high school.

Research materials for the projects in the organization

English conversation in the high school

Different local activities with youth

Support and help the coaches of the fotball teams durng the trainings

Promotion of the matches in the communityReport with photos and articles about the matches.

Common tasks for the volunteers during the year:

Carnival, we help to organize this activity in La Hoya, different activities in the morning in

the high school.

Tasks for volunteers:

Assist in activities that are performed in the school in the morning, proposing ideas to

assist in the workshops and activities. Make posters of the carnival to be held at night.

Activity promotion in high school. Assist with the organization of the party in the

partnership, together with volunteers and monitors. Preparation costume for the

performance in La Hoya

The association has a magazine in which we are putting articles, photos and things

important about La Hoya.

Tasks:

Written articles for the magazine that we have in the organization Collect information for

the website, photographs of activities undertaken, articles Different promotional videos

about La Hoya and the youth program, along with young people participating in the

activities and people from La Hoya

We also do information work at the high school, where we have a youth information point

shared with the student association of the High school where we offer information about

all the European activities and local that we offer in the organization.

And help in the library that the high school have.Tasks for volunteer:

Participate in the organization of the info point in the high school.

Interviews for the magazine.

Different activities during the year in the high school.

Library (open during the afternoons and database of the books)

Fiestas de la Hoya, in June, is the fiesta de la Hoya, in which the association has an

important role as it carries out various activities in the square, in the afternoon and for

the children, are held evenings workshops in the square, we also help the neighborhood

association in the children's drawing contest and the contest paella.


Organizing workshops that were held in the square for children. Suggest ideas for theseworkshops. Organization of the material and the area where the activities are done.

Making the posters of all related activities during the holidays. Do some interviews for

the website and pictures of all activities. During the drawing competition will be in

charge of registration of people, spread the material, and will be part of the jury will

award. During the paella contest, help the assembly site will paellas, delivery of the

participants, collection of paella, serve on the jury of the paella. Making their own ideas

they want to do during the holidays of the basin.

Christmas time, the association together with the neighborhood association performs

every year in the streets of La Hoya.

Promotional Signage ride of kings. Assist the preparation of the activity (site assembly,organizing costumes, buying gifts and sweets ...) Helping the organization of the people

who participate in the parade. Help distribute the gifts.

Participating in the parade (if you want).

We also want that the volunteers promote European voluntary service at the High school

in la Hoya, so we want to make a first chat with young people at school to explain to

them what is, their experience and try to motivate them to any encourage young people

to volunteering, we want to do this 3 times over the years.


Posters promoting the activity.

Preparation of the lecture powerpoints

Preparation of leaflets of volunteerism and the Youth Programme.

Making a video of volunteering in La Hoya, after the talk, which then may make them

young.

Explain to young people all aspects of the EVS and give advice.

3. EVS in France

Dear colleagues, The city of Vienne is looking for a long term EVS - 11 months (projet N

2011-FR-78). The youngster will work at the International relation office and at the

Youth information center-Eurodesk Relay. He/she will begin in September/October 2014

and will stay until July 2015.
