Training

Training participants can access ecomply from their personal computers, laptops, or tablets. Participants are able to engage in the training at their own pace and are provided with examples and test questions as they work through each training module. Each training participant has a unique identifier and log-in details, enabling management to easily monitor an individual’s progress.

Testing

Comprehensive testing provides immediate personal feedback for all participants on what they have mastered and what they still need to learn. Testing also provides evidence of participant comprehension and highlights specific knowledge gaps which require further attention.

Reporting

The testing function is supplemented by sophisticated management reporting functions. Report generation is straightforward, with the ability to break down and analyse participant comprehension and knowledge as required. All reports can then be exported to Excel for further manipulation and analysis.

Record-keeping

The intelligence gained from this data will assist in the refinement of policy, risk mitigation and focused training to improve the overall understanding of the law throughout the organisation.
