Children from five to twelve years can participate in their own seminar program with lots of creative and playful activities to discover spiritual tools together.The children‘s seminar program can be found on pages 15–17.

YOUTH (AGES 13–17)

For teenagers from thirteen to seventeen, there is a cool, diverse program with great workshops, a spiritual fair, and the renowned Arts Gala on Saturday night.Youth in this age range only have to be registered by their parents once.

The ECK Youth Arts Gala is open to minors and invited adults only. The supervision of minors is the responsibility of their parents.The seminar program for youth can be found on pages 4–14.

LANGUAGES ANDSIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATIONS

With each activity in the program you will find information on its language and the languages planned for simultaneous trans-lations. (E=English, D=German, F=French, I=Italian, ES=Spanish).Activities with the symbol will besimultaneously translated into the marked languages (from English to German, French, and Italian).

Translation headsets can be rented at the headset desk. They will only work in the Konzertsaal. Please return the translation headsets overnight on Friday and Saturday for recharging the batteries, and again at the end of the seminar.

CHILDREN AND FAMILIESAs a guest (non-member) of Eckankar you are warmly invited to attend the seminar for free on one day of your choice. A badge is required to attend seminar events. Please pick up yours from the registration desk.Choose from a variety of workshops and presentations, visit the ECK Art Gallery and the Bookroom, and exchange experiences with other seminar visitors.

FAMILY ROOM 1ˢᵗ Floor ARTS AND CRAFTS TABLE Konzertsaal

The Family Room is available for parents with small children, featuring live video feed of the main program in the Konzertsaal. Children in the family room must be accom-panied by at least one parent at all times.

At this table small children can do handicraft and draw together with their parents during the main program. Should your child become restless, we kindly ask that you move to the Family Room, where you can continue to follow the main program via live video feed.

Parents are solely responsible for the welfare, location, and behaviour of their minor chil-dren (under age 18) during the entire seminar.If your minor children attend events or activities outside the children’s or youth program, including the ECK Olympics, you are responsible for their supervision and wellbeing.

SPECIAL NOTE TO PARENTS

You may sign in your children to the children’s program fifteen minutes before each of their sessions begins. Please pick them up promptly when each session ends.
