Mobile Coolant and Lubricant Service Unit
Internormen Product Line MKS 60
Advantages of the MKS 601
Fewer uid changes
Decreased consumption
Less uid disposal reduces costs and protects theenvironment
Decreased user exposure to contaminated uids
Improved performance of coolant/lubricant
More than 15% decrease in uid concentrate consumpt Reduced length of service time per uid change out, by
approximately two hours, in comparison to conventionmachinery system services
An easy and cost effective way to get
better performance from CNC machinecoolants and lubricants.

The easy-to-use, multi-functional MKS 601 systemsimplifies the draining ofcoolant or lubricant from theCNC machine tanks. Thesystem removes contaminantsin the emulsion generated bythe machining process. An air
pressure membrane pumpfeeds the equipment. For amechanical cleaning of theemulsion, the medium passesthrough a filter unit to a160-gallon reservoir tankwhere a skimmer and oilseparation mechanismseparates and removes anyincorporated oil from theemulsion.
The MKS 601 system may alsobe applied as an off-linefiltration circuit. Used in thisway, the fluid is directed out of
the machine tank through the
filter unit, freed from its finestparticles, and directed back tothe machine by a return line.
A control block, locatedupstream in the pressure line, provides various operatingalternatives. For example, fluids may be directed to the
exit line without passingthrough the filter element. Thisis a useful and time-savingoption for a coolant or lubricantchange out. Users may alsoactivate the low pressurecleaning gun intended for acareful and effective systemcleaning. In this case, thecleaning gun is supplied fromthe machinery tank.
For easy maintenance, quicklydisassemble individualcomponents of the MKS 601system.
