Submission Format
Cases should be unpublished
Case Study should be accompanied by a comprehensive teaching
note
Case should not be more than 5,000 words (excluding exhibits)
Should be based on either eld research or secondary research
Author should submit the copyright form
Proper citations are necessary in case of secondary research
Copying or plagiarism will disqualify the case study
References - APA citation style should be adopted for in-text
citations and a reference list.
Number footnotes consecutively throughout the cases.
Every teaching case should be submitted together with teaching
notes, and should include the following :

Must be in English
Narrative Text - Calibri, 11, 1.5 spaced
Title - Calibri, 12 Bold
Footnotes - Calibri, 9
All the exhibits, tables, nancials and annexure be placed at the end
of the document (should not exceed 10 pages)

All submissions are subject to a two-step double blind review process. The Review Panel committee will pay particular attention to concept and content, the integration of the different sustainability dimensions (economic, social, and environmental), the topic relevance and its ability to create a learning experience.
Authors of the short listed cases will be informed. All the accepted case studies for the National Case Study Conference 2015 (NCSC 2015) will be invited to present their cases during the Conference. There is no in absentia presentation.

Easwari Engineering College, a division of SRM Group of Educational
Institutions, was established in the year 1996 with a commitment to
provide quality education. The elds of specialization cover Engineering,
Technology, Management Studies and Computer Applications.
Students are focused and well developed to face the fast changing and
challenging needs of society and Industry. Easwari Engineering College,
an ISO certied Institution, is approved by the Govt. of Tamilnadu and
AICTE, and is afliated to Anna University. The college is located in the
heart of the city at Ramapuram in a sprawling campus with world-class
infrastructure for higher learning. The college currently offers eight
under-graduate and eleven post-graduate programmes, including MBA
and MCA.
The Department of Management Studies was established in the year
2001 with an objective to provide quality management education. It
has an excellent and dedicated team of full - time faculty, specializing in
all the functional areas of management. It aims at developing centers
for excellence in Management Education, Training, Research and
Consultancy and to create a new class of professional managers in
