When construction began, the design of the bell tower had not been finalized. In order to make the schedule, we had to begin construction, so when the final design was chosen, our team had to scramble to find a way to incorporate this new structure seamlessly into the existing building, which was already well under way. Our team met extensively to discuss how this would be done.
