Gratuity, Service Charge and sales tax are added to all
contracts. The service charge on contracts includes 18%
gratuity for staff and 5% house service fee. Cash bars and
Valet service do not include gratuity.
Food and Beverage charges are subject to change until
ninety (90) days prior to the date of your event(s).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
PAYMENT:
A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to
guaranty function date for 30 days. A signed contract,
completed valid Credit Card Authorization Form, and
30% payment are due within 30 days of the deposit. If
the event is within 15-30 days, 50% payment is due with
signed contract and credit card authorization form. If the
event is within 10 days, payment in full is required with
signed contract and valid credit card authorization form.
In the event the provided credit card is canceled prior to
the event, you must provide us with new, valid credit
card authorization form.
Minimum guaranteed guest count and balance
of payment is required 14 days prior to your
event. You may increase your guest count up
until three (3) days prior to your event. This
becomes your new minimum guaranteed guest
count. Payment for additions is due at that
time. If attendance falls below the guaranteed
number, you will be charged for the guaranteed
number.
With valid credit card authorization form on file,
checks will be accepted up until 21 days prior to
the event. Within 21 days of the event, only
cash or credit card payments will be accepted.
One person is responsible for payment , unless
arranged and agreed in advance. We cannot
accommodate separate checks for guests, with
the exception of cash bar purchases.
No deviations to the contracted menu items can
be made within 2 weeks of events, with the
exception of increasing quantities. Use of dining
room and lounge menus is not permitted in the
private room.
There will be a $50.00 fee for returned checks,
plus $150.00 administration fee and all fees
incurred for collection of debt if invalid credit
card information is provided, or credit card is
declined.
There will be no refunds of any monies collected
if the event is canceled, with the exception of
proof of active military duty. Within two (2)
weeks of cancellation, deposits may be applied
to a new agreed upon event date occurring
within six (6) months of cancellation. Deposits
may not be used for general dining or gift card
purchases.

PRIVATE ROOM MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum food purchase requirements, exclusive
of bar beverages, fees, gratuity and tax:
Day events ending by 4:00: $600.00
After 4:00, Sunday – Thursday: $600.00 Events
after 4:00, Friday and Saturday:
$1,500.00
Events which do not meet the minimum will be
charged an additional $75.00 per staff person for
the event.
MISCELLANEOUS:
LINENS: White table cloths with sandlewood
overlays and navy blue napkins are provided at no
charge. A limited selection of other colors is
available for an additional fee:
Napkins multiples of 100 - $20 per pack
52” overlays multiples of 20 - $30 per pack
85” tablecloth multiples of 10 - $25 per pack
There will be no access to the room earlier than 1
hour before your event without prior arrangement.
Any decorations brought in for your event must be
removed at the end of the event unless prior
arrangements have been made.
No confetti in any form, shredded materials in any
form, or feathers in any form is permitted. Host
will be charged a fee of $300.00 if this clause is
disregarded, regardless if host or guest(s) bring in
any of these items.
Neither the venue nor its staff will be responsible
for anything left behind.
If decorations, i.e., centerpieces, candles, are
provided by venue, a fee of $25.00 each will be
charged for items missing or damaged from your
event.
At the contracted end of the event, 20
minutes is allowed for guests to finish
drinks, collect their belongings and exit.
An additional $150.00 will be charged for
every 20 minute increment thereafter.
Once the bar has closed for your event, and
your contract time has been reached,
guests may proceed to the main restaurant
bar to continue, however, service will be at
manager discretion. Guests may not
purchase or bring in any beverages and
return to the banquet room once the event
is over. Bartenders have full authorization
to close the bar at any point in events if
deemed necessary. There will be no refunds
if this becomes necessary. There will be no
bar service for the final 15 minutes of
events.
Liquor laws do not allow alcoholic
beverages in any form to be brought in
from the outside. Any alcohol not supplied
by the venue will be confiscated, the event
will be shut down, and no refunds will be
given. There will absolutely be no
exceptions to this rule!
Youth events must be adequately
chaperoned by host.
This venue follows Department Health and
FDA HACCP food safety guidelines. Any
food which may remain at the end of the
event would exceed the scope of safe food
practices, therefore, may not be packaged
to go.

Yellowfin Dining Room Large Party Terms & Conditions Reservation is not confirmed without signed contract, deposit AND completed, valid credit card authorization form on file. A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required. The deposit will be applied toward your final bill. Final guest count must be provided 3 days prior to event. Your reservation is contracted for 2 hours. There will be an additional $100.00 service fee charged to the card on file for every 15 minutes beyond your contracted end time. Your entire party must be present within 15 minutes of your reservation to guaranty seating. Dining room menus will not be available to your guests. Window seating cannot be guaranteed. We are not able to accommodate separate checks; one person must be responsible for payment. If attendees are paying their own way, it is your responsibility to collect the funds and present payment that evening, via cash or credit card only. You are permitted to bring in a cake or cupcakes on the condition it is from a licensed food service provider. Homemade cakes/cupcakes are not permitted. No other food or beverage items are permitted. I have read and accept these terms.
