Dear Pastor, Thank you for taking the time to consider our ministry! My name is Stephen Jenney, missionary to the Southwestern United States. God has called my family to reach the lost, train new Christians and begin new church plants in the Southwestern region of our country. Our desire is to see the seed of God’s Word sown throughout the United States. We plan to begin a new church in San Clemente, California, a city of 70,000 people where there is no Baptist church within about 30 miles. We also plan to partner with Baptist Church Planting Ministries when we get to San Clemente. BCPM has helped start 156 churches. 96% of those churches are still going strong today and are giving over 4 million dollars to missions annually. I graduated from Ambassador Baptist College with a degree in Pastoral Studies in May, 2011. After graduation, I continued serving at Emmanuel Baptist church in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. While there, I taught in children's Sunday School and led in a nursing home ministry. A year later, I moved to the Buffalo, New York area to assist at my father-in-laws church. My wife and I have been serving at Shalom Baptist Church in North Tonawanda, New York for about four years. Here I have been substitute preaching, leading the youth group, teaching the discipleship Sunday School class and helping lead in local outreach including visitation and witnessing. God has placed a burden on my heart for several years to begin a church planting ministry to the West. We are sent out of Shalom Baptist Church and serving with World Wide New Testament Baptist Missions. We hope to be a blessing in the ministry of deputation and look forward to reaching the Southwest with the Gospel of Christ. Please prayerfully consider allowing us to present the burden God has laid on our hearts to you and the people of your congregation. May God bless your ministry as you seek to further His Word through His Great Commission. Because of Calvary, Stephen, Charity, Judson and Samuel Jenney

Dear Pastor,

Thank you for taking the time to consider our ministry! My name is Stephen Jenney, missionary to the

Southwestern United States.

God has called my family to reach the lost, train new Christians and begin new church plants in the

Southwestern region of our country. Our desire is to see the seed of God’s Word sown throughout the United

States. We plan to begin a new church in San Clemente, California, a city of 70,000 people where there is no

Baptist church within about 30 miles. We also plan to partner with Baptist Church Planting Ministries when we

get to San Clemente. BCPM has helped start 156 churches. 96% of those churches are still going strong today

and are giving over 4 million dollars to missions annually.

I graduated from Ambassador Baptist College with a degree in Pastoral Studies in May, 2011. After

graduation, I continued serving at Emmanuel Baptist church in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. While there, I

taught in children's Sunday School and led in a nursing home ministry. A year later, I moved to the Buffalo,

New York area to assist at my father-in-law’s church. My wife and I have been serving at Shalom Baptist

Church in North Tonawanda, New York for about four years. Here I have been substitute preaching, leading the

youth group, teaching the discipleship Sunday School class and helping lead in local outreach including

visitation and witnessing.

God has placed a burden on my heart for several years to begin a church planting ministry to the West. We are

sent out of Shalom Baptist Church and serving with World Wide New Testament Baptist Missions.

We hope to be a blessing in the ministry of deputation and look forward to reaching the Southwest with

the Gospel of Christ. Please prayerfully consider allowing us to present the burden God has laid on our hearts to

you and the people of your congregation. May God bless your ministry as you seek to further His Word through

His Great Commission.

Salvation Testimonies

Stephen:

“I grew up in the Catholic Church. When I was a young boy, I was concerned about life after death knowing

that everyone will die someday. I was also very curious about the truth of life and about God. It was not until

late in high school that I actually began a search for truth. I found a book about the end times that explained

salvation. While reading this book at the age of eighteen, I acknowledged my sinful condition, knelt down on

my bedroom floor and accepted Christ for my salvation. After graduating high school, I moved to the Chicago

area to attend a trade school. It was there that God led me to an independent Baptist Church and called me into

ministry. A year later, I began studying at Ambassador Baptist College where God began to work in my heart

about a church planting ministry. Through the preaching of God's Word, circumstances, experiences, counseling

and desires that God has placed in my heart, I have surrendered to God’s leading to plant churches in the

Southwest.”

Charity:

“I was born into a Christian home, where I was privileged to hear God’s Word consistently. When I was around

four or five, I remember being with my older brother Daniel who was witnessing to me. I believe that day was

the first time, in childlike faith, I asked Christ to forgive me of my sins and save me. Most of my life, I have had

a desire to share God’s forgiveness with others and to be involved in full-time ministry. In the fall of 2010, I

began attending Ambassador Baptist College where Stephen and I met. God eventually lead our paths together

and, in November of 2013, we were married. God has blessed us with two wonderful boys named Judson and

Samuel; it is our desire to raise our boys to take part in the ministry as we serve the Lord.”

Doctrine

We believe......

...in the Verbal plenary inspiration of the Old and New Testaments and the preservation of God's Word through

the Hebrew Masoretic Text and the Greek Textus Receptus. The King James Version is the only complete

English translation of the Bible originating from these texts alone. The King James Version is the complete

Word of God in the English language.

...speaking in tongues and the working of sign miracles ceased upon the completion of the New Testament

Scriptures.

...that God is three persons in one: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God created the world in six literal twenty-four

hour days.

...Christ was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died for the sins of all mankind. Salvation is by grace, through

faith in Him alone, based on the finished work of Christ. He rose again three days later and ascended back into

heaven where He is interceding on behalf of believers.

...the Holy Spirit indwells believers at the moment of salvation; this is called baptism of the Holy Spirit.

...all men are sinners and come short of the glory of God. They are all in need of salvation and unable to save

themselves.

...Heaven and Hell are literal places. Man has the freedom to accept or reject the grace of God. When accepted,

the believer is eternally secure.

...the local church is God's institution to carry out the Great Commission. The two ordinances of the local

church are baptism by immersion for believers only and the Lord's Supper as a memorial. There are two offices

of the local church: pastor and deacon.

...in the pretribulation rapture of believers, the premillennial return and literal millennial reign of Christ.

Believers will be judged at the Judgment Seat of Christ and unbelievers at the Great White Throne.

...it is the obligation of every believer to live holy lives and witness to the lost of the saving power of Christ.

...all forms of compromise with liberalism, ecumenism, neo evangelicalism and the charismatic movement

should be avoided.

The Southwest…

…is home of the largest Indian reservation in the U.S. This is the Navajo reservation located in what is called

the "Four Corners" of Arizona, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. This is the only place in the U.S. where four

states meet.

...contains the largest amount of Mexican immigrants in the United States. Southern California holds the

majority followed by Texas.

...is generally hot and arid with much of the land being desert dotted with cacti. The exceptions are the coastal

areas of Southern California and the higher elevation areas where you can find forests.

...finds its life line in the Colorado River. Its waters sustain more than 36 million people as well as a great

majority of our nation’s food supply.

...holds Catholicism as its dominant religion followed by Mormonism. With the influence of Native American

traditions, the New Age movement is taking a strong foothold in the Southwest.

....is the fastest growing region in America.

Goals

1. Preach the Gospel and lead souls to salvation in Christ.

2. Train believers in basic Christian living and in local church ministry.

3. Establish New Testament Local Independent Baptist Churches.

4. Work together with other church planters in the same endeavor.

5. Encourage other believers to get involved in world evangelism.
