MID TERM REVIEW

APPRAISER SECTION

From the Home page click on the Mid-Term Review button

Type the Employee Code

Type the Password

Choose Your role as appraiser

The Name of the Appraisee who have submitted their mid termreviews will be shown here

Names of the Appraisee whose appraisal process in over appears here

On clicking the appraisee’s name here, the appraiser can access the mid term reviews of the appraisee.

Scroll Down and press continue

Check the section, Scroll Down and press continue.

Check the Goal Categories and may view all 5 KRAs together by clicking here.

After checking the KRAs proceed to check apparisee’s mid-term reviews.

The MBO page with the KRA 1 section will appear. Scroll down at the bottom of the page.

Check Appraisee’s comments Put your comments as an Appraiser

Scroll Down and Press continue button to move to the KRA 2 section.

If you do not put the Appraiser’s Mid Term review, and press continue this error message will appear.

After checking into KRA 2 page scroll down to mid term reviewsection, view Appraisee’s review and put down your review as you did in KRA 1 page.

After giving your review scroll down to bottom of the page , press Continue button & proceed to KRA 3 page

After checking into KRA 3 page scroll down to mid term reviewsection, view Appraisee’s review and put down your review as you did in KRA 1 page.

After giving your review scroll down to bottom of the page , press Continue button & proceed to KRA 4 page

After checking into KRA 4 page scroll down to mid term reviewsection, view Appraisee’s review and put down your review as you did in KRA 1 page.

After giving your review scroll down to bottom of the page , press Continue button & proceed to KRA 5 page

After checking into KRA 5 page scroll down to mid term reviewsection, view Appraisee’s review and put down your review as you did in KRA 1 page.

After giving your comments scroll down to bottom of the page , press Continue button to finish your comments

If you want to confirm your review then click here.

If you feel that you want to edit or change your review at a later part click here.

When you get this message you will understand

that your review have been successfully submitted

Until & unless you confirm and submit your reviews, the appraisee cannot re-login to view your reviews. If he / she tries to view will get this message.

You need to re-login to give your confidential comments after :

1) Second appraiser has logged in to study your & appraisee’s reviews and given his comments.

2) Appraisee has re-login and given his comments of appraiser & 2nd appraiser.

On your login if you find the name of the appraisee here, it means he /she has submitted his /her comments on your review.

After passing through all the sections including all the five KRA page you come to the page where Appraisee and second Appraiser have given their comments.
