Travaux qui seront menés en étroite collaboration avec les réflexions du Septième Sommet de l’Energie et du Développement Durable en Afrique. La réunion des ministres est prévue le mercredi 3 décembre, celle des chefs d’Etat le jeudi 4. On the initiative of the President of the Republic, HE Abdoulaye Wade, Non-producing Oil Coun- tries will meet in Dakar from 1 st to 4 th December. On the first two days experts from the various countries will work with the participants in the 7 th Energy and Sustainable Development Summit in Africa. The Ministers' meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 3 rd December and the Heads of State meeting for 4 th December.
