How to order your special jewelleryWe hope you enjoyed browsing through our

collection of handmade memorial jewellery. Once you have chosen your special piece of jewellery, Please call us on 01283 260245 to discuss your

jewellery and place your order. You can also order via our website shop:

Once your order is placed we will send you a free order pack. Within 5 business days you will receive your free order pack. The free order pack includes:

* A zip seal bag for sending us your loved one’s ashes or hair. Please place one heaped teaspoon

of ashes into the zip seal bag. We require one teaspoon for every item of jewellery ordered. Or if you have chosen to imprint hair please put a small

lock of hair into the zip seal bag. Any unused ashes or hair will be returned to you with your

jewellery.

* A ring sizer. (Only if you order a ring). This will enable you to measure your finger so we can

make your ring the correct size.Once you have all the items we require to create your piece of jewellery, please send them back to

us Royal Mail signed for delivery in the return envelope provided.

* Please do not send the ashes to us until you have placed your order *

Creating your treasured jewellery

Once we have received your loved one’s ashes or hair we can start to create your design. Please

see the stages of our creation process. Our current lead time is 4-6 weeks.

Sending your special jewellery to you

Once we have finished creating your special design we will carefully package it . All of our

jewellery comes in an a beautiful presentation box. You will also receive a commemorative card

stating the date we created your treasured piece. We will also return any unused ashes or hair to

you. Your jewellery will be sent Royal Mail special

delivery. This is a tracked, insured and signed for service. Special delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the

following day.
