DYNALOG update 3.4This update gives you new product content in DYNAPLAN. You can find an overview of this on the following page.

Note: Installing the latest update ensures that you are working with the latest version of the Blum product range. Working with old versions of DYNALOG may lead to planning errors. This will mean that orders cannot be completed correctly by the hardware distributor.

Product configuratorThe online product configurator helps you to locate and order the correct fittings for your furniture quickly and easily. We also provide assembly drawings, installation instructions and CAD data for every configuration.

What is new in the services for manufacturers portal?

The lift mechanism, with its robust spring package, can be assembled tool-free using a clip mechanism

Using the easy to reach SERVO-DRIVE switch, the front closes at the touch of a button

SERVO-DRIVE uno for AVENTOS is powered by the Blum wall power supply (16 watt)

A simple touch is enough to open the lift system and for it to open to its full extant

SERVO-DRIVE uno for AVENTOS is an ideal motion support system for wall cabinets when only one lift system is going to be operated electrically. The lift system opens with a light touch and, thanks to BLUMOTION, never fails to close silently and effortlessly.

CLIP top 125°

CLIP top 125° allows doors to open so far out from the cabinet that even doors with a thickness of around 30 mm can be opened by the full opening angle.

The 0-protrusion hinge can be used to optimise inner drawer and pull-out designs, e.g. in the SPACE TOWER larder unit.

Notes on download and installation:The following DYNALOG versions can be updated online: DYNALOG (2.5.42 / 2.6.42 / 2.7.42 / 2.8.42 / 2.9.43 / 3.0.43 / 3.1.43./ 3.2.43 / 3.3.43)

Downloading the update: Please make sure that the computer on which DYNALOG is installed is connected to the Inter-net. Click on the [Internet Update] icon on the DYNALOG main screen and follow the instructions.

After a successful login, all available updates will be listed in the download area. Click on the corresponding update in the 'Download' column and save it to your desktop. Please close DYNALOG after the update has been downloaded. Double-click on the download file on your desktop to start the installation – follow the instructions on the screen.

Note: The download file can be deleted after the update has been installed successfully.

General information ▬ All available DYNAPLAN data from the previous version will be kept after the update is installed. ▬ Export and save paths can be defined individually in DYNAPLAN. ▬ DYNASHOP (= shopping basket) is deleted automatically when the update is installed, and replaced by the online shopping basket. In order to transfer components lists from the online shopping basket to the respective distributor shop, you will need the relevant access information. Please contact your distributor about this. ▬ Known DYNALOG 3.3 errors are eliminated when this update is installed. ▬ Once DYNALOG 3.1/3.2/3.3/3.4 is installed, the DYNACAT electronic product catalogue will no longer be available and will be replaced by the new product configurator.

DYNAPLAN interface for CAD/CAM programs

Using the DYNAPLAN interface, it is possible to export data to various CAD/CAM programs and further edit them there. This enables you to take advantage of both programs for optimal use.Regardless of whether or not you want to use 3D data (dwg, dxf, etc.), export your cabinets planned using DYNAPLAN into your CAD program (including fittings data) or even implement the fittings selection logic from DYNAPLAN in your CAD program – we offer the right solution.

AutoCAD® interface: The optional AutoCAD® interface can be installed as soon as you have successfully updated DYNAPLAN to the latest version (3.4). To do this, you must have installed an Auto CAD® full version (2004–2015).

IMPORTANT: if you are already using a previous DYNALOG version in conjunction with AutoCAD®, you must once again download and reinstall the AutoCAD® interface after updating to DYNALOG 3.4.

SolidWorks interface: The optional DYNAPLAN/SolidWorks interface will be available as soon as you have updated DYNALOG to the latest version (3.4). The required data must be downloaded in order to use the interface.

SketchUp interface: The new DYNALOG version (3.4) allows you to export the cabinets planned in DYNAPLAN in .dae format. This means that cabinets, including their drilling positions and wooden parts assemblies, can be transferred directly from DYNAPLAN to SketchUp.

Blum's product configurator contains all Blum fittings. These can be configured easily, providing you with proven fittings applications to suit your individual furniture needs. Parts lists can be copied straight to the shopping basket and transferred to your preferred hardware distributors.

The product configurator not only makes it quick and easy to find and configure fitting solutions, but also provides you with extensive information about our products: installation drawings, CAD data, installation instructions as well as brochures, photos and product videos help you to design, manufacture and market your furniture.

Webcodes

You will find 'webcodes' on different pages of the new 2016/2017 Blum product catalogue. Entering these webcodes in the product configura-tor will load the corresponding product application. All you have to do then is complete your individual features. The codes enable quick and easy access to the parts list, information on manufacturing and assem-bly, marketing information and CAD data.

Online shopping basket From DYNALOG 3.1 onwards, components lists from DYNAPLAN and the product configurator can be merged into one combined shopping basket.

Once you have saved all of the fittings data to one central location, you will be able to make use of all of the additional features in the online shopping basket.

Single product search The single product search has been integrated into our services offered to manufacturers and is now available online.
