specifications for wet fastness properties including domestic and commercial

Properties
• Improves the weak point of high wash fastness dyes which are sensitive to pH variation• Maintains the pH of dyebath between 4.0~4.5 during the whole dyeing process• Improves shade and strength reproducibility of pH sensitive dyes• Performs better in maintaining pH of dyebath compared with acetic acid or formic acid
(In case of acetic acid and formic acid, pH variation can occur during the dyeing process)
Application
• Addition of 2.5~5.0g/L KISCO Buffer EXW in the dyebath• Most recommendable amount is 5.0g/L

Application
• KISCOSAFE EXW protects reduction sensitive disperse dyes during the PES dyeing cycle and improves reproducibility and Right-First-Time performance. • Amounts required : To avoid reductive conditions in standard systems use 1.0~3.0g/L KISCOSAFE EXW (addition prior to other dyeing auxiliaries and dyestuffs)
