Event Summary

Increased globalisation, fluctuating business climate, stringent regulatory pressures and difficult

workplace environments are posing wider occupational health challenges to employers now more

than ever before. The economic downturn has downsized employee health systems and preventive

infrastructures; which is making effective interventions at the workplace difficult.

The consequent rise in occupational accidents, diseases and work related fatalities has thoroughly

shaken the industrial sector and put the spotlight firmly back on efficient adoption of a sustainable

prevention strategy to counter major occupational health threats.

With the aim of reducing the economic burdens of workplace injury and illness, the Employee Health

& Wellbeing Conference is designed to propagate high quality health care of our major asset –

HUMAN CAPITAL. The Scientific Committee aims at delivering a revolutionary conference program;
