after 12 credit hours

on February 28▶ Sign ups will be in Student Services starting tomorrow,
February 6.
▶ Space is limited and will be on a first come, first served

tomorrow, February 6.

of Arts in General Education
▶ These are the courses that most successfully transfer to
other colleges and universities
Students will decide how many and what kind of
courses they want to take
▶ Students can pick up a copy of the AA General
Education Degree Plan in Mrs. d’Albenas’ office

Students will meet with Mrs. d’Albenas to discuss
class choices, scheduling, etc.
▶ Directions for looking up classes will be emailed out to
students
▶ Students will be asked to attempt to build their own
schedule first
▶ If students have any difficulty, they can see Mrs. d’Albenas
for assistance

Students will bring a printout or screenshot of
Planning Worksheet to Mrs. d’Albenas for approval.
▶ This information is required before courses will be
approved

Students will pick up a registration form fromMrs. d’Albenas
▶ GPA and test scores will be verified
▶ Courses/times will be approved
Students will be responsible for taking theregistration form to FSW to get registered
▶ This step is crucial and is the student’s responsibility
▶ Failure to complete this step will result in the studentnot being registered for FSW courses
You’re Registered… Now what?
The Registration Process
Once registered, students will bring Mrs. d’Albenas
a copy of their FSW schedule
▶ Baker schedule will be adjusted
▶ Students must turn in a copy of their FSW
schedule before May 24.
The Registration Process
Students may only make adjustments until the end
of the add/drop period of the semester
▶ Any requests to drop courses after the add/drop period
must be approved by the School District
▶ Add/Drop for the Fall 2019 semester ends … at a date to
be announced.
Textbooks
Textbooks will be ordered based on schedules
received by May 24
▶ Textbooks are provided by the School District
▶ Any delay in receiving your FSW schedule or any changes
made to your schedule after May 24 WILL result in a delay
in receiving your textbooks
▶ Textbooks must be returned as soon as the semester is
over
TextbooksStudents must compare the textbooks that are receivedto their syllabus IMMEDIATELY upon receipt
▶ Professors report their “Required Materials” to the FSWbookstores
▶ The School District uses this information to order the appropriatetextbook
▶ Sometimes, the professors change their materials and do notinform the bookstores
▶ If you receive the incorrect materials, you must email Mrs.d’Albenas immediately with a screenshot of the syllabus whereit states the correct “Required Materials”
▶ A new textbook will be supplied as quickly as possible

Dual Enrollment Agreement
▶ Dual Enrollment Student and Parent Information and
Agreement
▶ Each item must be reviewed and initialed by student and parent
▶ Agreement needs to include Signatures, Email Addresses, and Cell
Numbers for Students AND Parents
▶ Agreement must be turned in before student will be
permitted to begin Dual Enrollment
▶ Students will not be permitted to PERT test or register for Fall classes
if the Agreement has not been received
▶ Agreement will need to be updated at the beginning of every
school year.
