PEATTREATMENTS

These exclusive peat treatments are the outcome of a joint project between Pavia University and Versilia Spa. Peat is a completely natural product of plant origin, witha brown, buttery consistency.The variety used for our treatments is of the highest possible quality, coming fromthe Massaciuccoli Lake basin,and formed in ancient times.Thanks to a very slow process,the organic, vegetable matter Total or partial peat application, ideally combined with

relaxation in the Soft Pack tub. Especially recommended for muscle cramps thanks to its muscle relaxing action and micro-circulation stimulus, and for its draining capacity in cases of water retention. It is also particularly effective in the renewal of the epidermis by removing dead cells and purifying the skin. The treatment is completed with a moisturising massage using spa water lotion.

PEATTREATMENTS

These exclusive peat treatments are the outcome of a joint project between Pavia University and Versilia Spa. Peat is a completely natural product of plant origin, witha brown, buttery consistency.The variety used for our treatments is of the highest possible quality, coming fromthe Massaciuccoli Lake basin,and formed in ancient times.Thanks to a very slow process,the organic, vegetable matter Total or partial peat application, ideally combined with

relaxation in the Soft Pack tub. Especially recommended for muscle cramps thanks to its muscle relaxing action and micro-circulation stimulus, and for its draining capacity in cases of water retention. It is also particularly effective in the renewal of the epidermis by removing dead cells and purifying the skin. The treatment is completed with a moisturising massage using spa water lotion.

Anti-cellulite peat body treatmentwith extracts of sea kelp, ivy,

gotu kola and chilli. 50 minutes - Euro 75.00

turns into peat, enormously rich in mineral salts, vitamins, inorganic acids and natural antibiotics.The subsequent maturation in the saline-bromine waters of the Versilia Spa further enhances the beneficial effects, which include: draining, micro-circulation activation, balancing of the skin’s pH, purifying of the skin, toning and tissue revitalisation. It is especially recommended for treating cellulite, muscular tension and skin aging.

Peat is applied to the cellulite-affected areas by meansof a targeted massage which maximises the exfoliating effect of the peat, enriched with a special anti-cellulite serum. The treatment concludes with a localised massage using anti-cellulite gel made from mineral peatand spa water.

To enable us to provide your chosen treatments at the time you prefer, we kindly ask you to book in advance.

At your first appointment, we will ask you to completea short health questionnaire in order to assess the suitability of the treatment(s) requested and ensurethat we respect and care for your well-being.

You are kindly asked to arrive at the Spa 15 minutes before your appointment, so that you can take time to prepare for your treatment in a relaxed manner.

In the case of late arrival, treatments may have to be varied or shortened, in order for us to respect subsequent guests’ bookings.

Appointments not cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the original price.In the case of no show, the entire cost of the treatment(s) booked will be charged.

Please remove your slippers and all items of clothing before entering the sauna or Turkish bath.

Please wear your swimming costume in the Jacuzzitub and relaxation area.

Quietness and respect for fellow guests would be appreciated in the relaxation area.

We advise you not to bring items of value with youto the ARMONIA Centre

Mobile phones should be switched off or kept in silent mode.

Children under the age of 12 years may only enter the centre with their parents and between the hoursof 10:00 and 14:00.
