The pipeline will head south on 31st Street to Greenway Road. • Construction is scheduled to start July 23, 2021. • Each closure is expected to last one to two weeks. • Sections of 31st Street will be closed as construction moves from north to south. • Working hours will primarily be 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
