Relay Race Each class will need 5 people to participate in the relay. Person 1 will begin next to a pile of blankets. When they are asked to start, they will need to grab three blankets and fold them NICELY, check with the leadership member who is standing there, and then run to person 2 and give them the blankets. Person 2 must grab the blankets and then get in the wagon. Person 3 will then pull the wagon to Person 4. Person 4 will then grab the blankets and run through the
obstacle course (aka the cones) to person 5. If you skip a cone or knock one over, then you will be asked to restart at the Person 4 station, so be careful! Person 5 must then grab the blankets from Person 4 and sprint to the finish line!
Quiddich
1 person is needed from each grade. Each person will stand next to their sections with a hula hoop held up by a leadership student in the middle of them. Once they hear go, they have two minutes to throw as many quiddich balls as they can through the hula hoop. Whoever gets the most balls through the hoop after two
minutes will win. Leadership members will keep track of the score.
Tug O’ War Each class will have 10 contestants (5 male, 5 female). Contestants must line up strategically down the rope and on the count of 3, they will pull as hard as they can. If the opposing teams flag crosses the line, your class wins. The two 1st round winners then face off, and the two 1st round losers face off, determining the standings.
Lightsaber Dash Each class will need 1 contestant. Each person will be given a lightsaber and a balloon. Once they hear go, they must run to the opposite side of the gym and back to where they started. However, while they run, they must keep their balloon in the air by hitting it ONLY WITH THEIR LIGHTSABER. If a contestant hits their balloon with something other than their lightsaber or drops their balloon, they must return to the beginning
and start over.
Finish the Lyrics: Grease Edition
Each class will need 1 contestant. A song will be played (a different one for each grade) and then it will be stopped. The contestant will then have to continue singing the lyrics. The person who sings the longest after
