ABOUT THE COURSE

The course is designed for engineers and field personnelinvolved in the planning and implementation of drillingprograms. The seminar covers all aspects of drilling fluidstechnology, emphasizing both theory and practicalapplication. Hands-on laboratory exercises are included inthe five-day EPRI sessions. Today's drilling personnel musthave a working knowledge of drilling fluid in order toeffectively drill a well. The course provides thefundamentals necessary to drill a well, whether it is ashallow well or a complex, high pressure well.
