Heart Healthy Salad

3 Tbsp. *White Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tbsp. EVOO2 tsp. Dijon MustardJuice of half a Lemon
1 1⁄2 tsp. Lemon & Garlic Pepper Seasoning(*OR � pinch EACH Kosher Salt + Black Pepper + � pinch
Lemon Zest)1 packet of Splenda or Truvia or Stevia *not a huge deal
if you want to use Black Balsamic. White tastes less acidic.
SALAD INGREDIENTS4 cups Any Lettuce (EXCEPT Iceberg) 1/3 cup of any
FIVEof the following vegetable ideas: Bell Peppers, Toma-
toes, Cucumbers, Carrots, Jicama, MushroomsCelery, Onions, Green Beans, Peas, Beats, Radishes,
Sprouts of any kind 2 Tbsp. Roasted/Salted *Pumpkin Seeds (*AKA: “Pepitas“)
2 Tbsp. Roasted/Salted Sunflower Seeds
For the dressing; either place first 4 ingredients into a small bowl and whisk, or into a Salad Dressing Shaker- Maker bottle and shake to combine. Season with either Seasoning option.
Add all salad ingredients into a large salad bowl. Add dressing and toss.Serve immediately. If you are not going to eat all of the salad at once, don’t add all of the dressing.
