Saturdays league games. 10 o’clock KO (12 league games)
Wednesdays collage friendlies 2pm KO (6 collages friendlies)
Youth rugby if agreed with junior academy head coach/manager
Regional under17/18’s when required
Rosslyn park 7’s (week of the 18th to 22nd of march)

NEWPORT HIGH ACADEMY KIT LIST
Compulsory Items are Shower Jacket, Polo, Traing Shirt and Track bottoms
Training Jacket, Kit bag and Beanie will be given to you.
Shorts, Socks and rucksack are optional. You can also purchase Gym vest from rugby Heaven if you wish.

Key DatesSchool Enrolement 4th Sept 2012
On this day you will be in school all day either meeting with the Head of 6th Form or training, so Come in Kit.
Pre season skills begins 11th of July
Every Wednesday 4-5pm individualised skill development (kicking/passing/throwing/jumping/lifting/scrum profile)
All sessions will be compulsory, but if you are unable to attend you will be expected to do the training in your own
time(self-reliant)
Regional under17/18’s already started. (Monday’s and Wednesday’s 6-7pm)
