Pencil Sketches

• The very first stage is the pencil sketches. This is when the first ideas for the teaser poster are made in order to see how it may look when completed and whether it would suitable for the genre. It is also easier to draw them and see how the images could be improved in the future rather than make many drafts on Photoshop and choosing the best one which saves time.

Photo Shoot

• The next stage is the photo shoot. This is where photos of my initial pencil sketches are being taken so that they can edited and enhanced in Photoshop. A variety of pictures were taken incase there were problems with any photos and to see which ones would create a better effect for the audience.

Font Development and Photoshop Drafting

• Firstly, i needed to develop the font (Which is there to be seen on my blog)Next i begin constructing the teaser trailer as i have everything i need to be prepared for this. The construction stage takes a lot of time which i why i produced several drafts in order to try and improve it and to see where to improve. I think the hands image was more difficult to develop as i couldnt find a way to make it work so i ended up changing the image for better effect.

Final Developed Poster

• This is the poster i decided to stick with in the end. I decided to enhance the first draft as i felt this made it look more like a teaser poster than the first couple of drafts. The main issue was making the hand dark in order to convey the idea of darkness in the movie. This image was far easier to develop and was the btter choice after seeking advice from other people.
