Wed. & Thur., Feb. 27 & 28, 2013City of God to the Nations ChurchPastor Pascual Borrel

Pastor Pascual Borrel has a growing church located in Bavaro, Punta Cana. His congrega-tion consists primarily of youth and young adults. This congregation is adding new con-verts to the kingdom of God on a weekly basis.

The prophetic words spoken over this church emphasized God's will that the people develop in the character of Christ. Furthermore, an emphasis was placed upon the people developing in their gifts. Some of the prophetic ministry focused on imparting spiritual gifts to the people and releasing them into the flow of the Spirit.

The Lord also spoke of the importance of equipping the believers. This message was one of the primary themes of the two services that were held.

On Thursday evening, the company of prophets ministered over Pastor Pascual's worship team, dance team and deacons. This “group” or “collective” time of prophetic ministry was graced with a powerful anointing for impartation.

I perceived a great need to bring the believers into maturity in Christ. This church has a great deal of talent and enthusiasm. However, they also need to implement systematic teaching in order to develop character and leadership. I have given Pastor Pascual's my first book, “Foundation Truths” in Spanish, along with a brochure.

Friday & Saturday, March 1st and 2ndDios es Amor ChurchApostle Jorge & Jenni Reynoso

This two-day conference was attended by over 50 pastors that came from around the greater Santo Domingo area. The first session took place on Friday evening. Pastor Phil Cappuccio preached a powerful message entitled, “A Prophetic Moment.” He emphasized the impor-tance of recognizing the prophetic time that the Dominicans are living in.

Following the message, we ministered prophetically over several pastor/couples. The Lord gave us a tremendous liberty and a flow in the anointing.

The conference continued on Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, when Pastor Jim spoke briefly. I spoke for a few minutes and was followed by Pastor Phil. We then we ministered prophetically over many pastoral couples. Once again the Lord granted us a tremendous flow. Hallelujah!

The prophetic words were about God’s purpose, calling and gifting upon the pastors. The Lord also spoke of difficult experiences, His redemptive purpose in these experiences and His promise to prosper. Tears flowed from the eyes of many pastors as they heard and received the Word of the Lord.

On Saturday evening, we all returned at 8 PM. Pastor Jim ministered the Word of the Lord. We then prophesied over the apostle couples (about 4 of them). Once again, the Word of the Lord flowed beautifully. So very thankful for it!

I believe the depth of the ministry of prophesy is directly attributed to the prayers of our intercessors back home at Hope in Life Church. Prayer releases kingdom resources. It also strengthens those who minister the gospel.

Sunday, March 3rd, 10 AMPastor Manuel

I ministered at Apostle Manuel’s church in Santo Domingo. God prompted me to preach on building the house of God. The Lord gave me a tremendous liberty as His Word was minis-tered with impartation or truth.

Following the preaching, I prophesied over the senior pastors. Then we opened the altar and I anointed and prayed over everyone in the church. The Lord graced the prophetic prayer and ministry time with His presence. Many of the people were given words of per-sonal prophecy.

March 3rd, 7:30 PMIglesia Mont de Dios Miguel (Micky) & Monserrat Bogarert

We arrived at the church being directed by parking lot attendants to our reserved parking area. Another usher promptly escorted us to the pastor’s office. Then, after a few moments, two ushers escorted us to our seats on the front row.

This church has 4500 people and holds 3 services on Sunday. They are a church in revival. Every day they have intercessors gather for 4 hours to pray. Their worship team is

incredibly dynamic and anointed. I was also impressed by the move of God and the response of the people. The service was packed and everyone appeared to be praising The Lord.

Pastor Miguel walked to the pulpit and proceeded to welcome the presence of God. Then he opened the altar and ministered deliverance to several people (a number of them received Jesus as their Savior at the end of the service).

Pastor Jim preached a powerful word, and he prophesied over people as he preached. I prophesied a word over the church regarding growth and expansion. Pastor Phil prophesied over the pastor and his wife. Then I went to the keyboard and played "Happy," to which the pastor and church broke out in exuberant dancing. I then ministered in prophecy over the pastors 3 children. Each of them fell under the power of God. Glory!

At the conclusion of the service, about a dozen people came to the altar to receive Jesus as their personal Savior. Then the pastor's son called me back to the piano where I played "Happy" again as the congregated exited the sanctuary.

This is a powerful church that is experiencing a visitation of the Spirit of God. I hope to be invited to return and minister there again, someday!

March 4th, 4:30 PM Fondation de PebloCarolina Cruz Martinez, Director

This ministry is led by Carolina Cruz Martinez, the wife of baseball star, Peblo Martinez. Carolina has a passion to heal and equip young people. She also rescues women from abu-sive situations. She has a vision to open several other foundation facilities throughout the DR.

At the beginning of the ministry time, we led the children in a prayer to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Them the team preceded to prophesy over the children. Some of them wept as God moved upon them. Many of them were slain under the power of the Holy Spirit.

At the conclusion of the service the children broke out in a time of dancing unto the Lord and celebration. The Lord moved mightily upon the youth, as well as upon the staff. Caro-lina was thrilled at all that God did.

March 4th, 7:30 PM La Casa de DiosPastor Herald & Tycha Garcia

This local church gathers in a rented facility in Santo Domingo. The senior pastor, Herald is a young man (26). He has a passion for the presence of God. He was joined with two other pastors from a town called Bani. These other two pastors were accompanied by people from their home church. They drove over an hour to attend the service.

Pastor Jim asked me to preach the word to the congregation of about 100 people. I preached on the principle of unity. Through my message, I spoke on the outcome of unity, as well as the blessing of unity. I also shared several kingdom principles that must function in order for unity to exist between God's people.

Following the ministry of the Word, pastor Jim and I prophesied over many people in the congregation. A number of people received healing from rejection and deliverance from loneliness. Others received words regarding their calling and destiny. A number of people were overcome by the presence of God and were slain by the power of God.

The service began at 7:30 PM and concluded at 11 PM!

March 5th, 7:30 PM Congregacion Cristiana Leon de JudaPastor Juan Hernandez

This congregation gathered in a university auditorium. The church consists largely of young adults. Following a marvelous time or worship, Pastor Phil preached a powerful word regarding the seed of the Word of God. He proclaimed the power of prophecy to bring direc-tion, confirmation and correction.

Following the preaching, Pastor Jim called the team to minister in prophesy over several of the leaders in the church. We prophesied over about 40 people. Several of the people wept. A few individuals fell under the power of God. Toward the end of the service, I prayed for a woman to receive the new wine...”nueva veno, por favor.” The lady fell to the floor laugh-ing and shaking her hands in the air. What a marvelous time on The Lord!

Rory and Joseline to minister together…We brought Rory and Joseline (a Christian woman and interpreter from Darien, CT) to the Restoration Ranch in Bani. They ministered for two nights. Pastor Jim made the decision to ask Rory and Joseline to minister there.

I spoke with Rory about his ministering to the people that serve in this ministry. I wanted to confirm with Rory that he was comfortable with being asked to preach the word and minister in prayer and prophesy over these people. Rory said that he was willing to submit and that he wanted to serve The Lord in this capacity.

Pastor Jim instructed them regarding what was going to happen with them. He told them that they would flow under the prophetic mantle. However, when they returned to their home church, they were to resume their ministry in a serving capacity. He emphasized that they were not being released as prophets on this mission trip. His intention was to impress upon them the fact that they would minister under the prophetic anointing, but they were not to think too highly of themselves when they returned to their home.

Speaking Spanish...Following the service this evening, the pastor took us to get something to eat (it was past midnight when we got to the restaurant). At the restaurant I was able to piece together Span-ish phrases with greater clarity. For the first time in over 3 months, my ear is beginning to pick up Spanish words spoken in phrases. Praise God! I am just beginning to piece together parts of conversations. It's the beginning of a more fluent ability to speak Spanish! I am learning at a snail’s pace…but I am making progress!

Wednesday, March 6, 9 AMPastor Jaivier

The team met with Pastor Javier for breakfast. Pastor Jim asked me to share the testimony of our recent financial breakthrough miracle offering with our church. After this, Pastor Jim asked me to share about LaRed. We then ministered prophetically over Pastor Javier. I prophesied that God has opened a large door for him into the marketplace. Several other prophetic things were spoken as both Pastors Jim and Phil also ministered to this pastor.

Following the prophetic ministry, the pastor told me that he holds a conference with secular businessman twice a year. During these conferences, he teaches them principles to help them with their business. I shared with him about Global Priority and said I would come and help him if he wanted me too. He said that he is having a conference with about 75 business-men in June and asked if I would come and speak with them. We are going to email each other and develop an agenda for this event.

Thursday, March 7, 2013Lisa and Michael Ballantine We stayed at “The hammock of God”Jarabbocoa, DR

Their vision is, "To create a place of rest and restoration for families."

They bought the land/mountain 8 years ago and have 40 full-time employees. Lisa prays for families.

The team ministered to over 150 workers who are doing construction work at the Jamaca de Dios (the hammock of God) in Jarabbocoa, DR.

Our hosts, Michael and Lisa requested that we each minister I've the workers. I played the piano while Joseline ministered in song. Then I played the "Happy Song" and was accompa-nied by Ruben Gonzalez.

Pastor Ruben then shared his testimony with the workers. Following this, I spoke about the vision of Michael and Lisa. My message was intended to inspire the workers. Then I spoke of how their lives have the potential to be the dwelling place of God. I then preached the gospel and instructed the workers on the necessity to be born-again. I also spoke about walking in the blessings of the kingdom of God now.

Then Pastor Ruben led men and women a prayer of salvation. Many of the workers received the Lord.

The team then ministered prophetically over Michael and Lisa. Pastor Phil C prophesied a powerful word regarding the vision of their ministry. The power of God fell on Michael and he landed on the floor shaking vigorously. Both Michael and Lisa were radically impacted and changed.

Then the team prayed over many of the workers. Some of them wept as they experienced the presence of God and received a healing touch from God.

This time of ministry was truly life-changing! All glory be to the Lord!

Friday thru Sunday, March 08th – 10th, 2013Apostle Yasser RivasCongregacion CristianaSantiago

The first day of the pastor's conference featured three sessions. Pastor Phil C taught the first message. He expounded on the need to hear the voice of God. He also emphasized the need to speak the word of the Lord into our circumstances.

I spoke during the second session. My topic focused on receiving a prophetic dream. At the end of my session, God graced us with His manifest presence. We flowed for a few minutes in some prophetic activation. Then I turned the session back over to Pastor Jim.

The third session featured Pastor Jim J. He preached on the need to have a prophetic eye. His message included the need to submit your gift to your pastor or apostle. He also touched on the process of preparation to become a mature prophet. At the conclusion of his message, Pastor Jim prophesied over several of the pastors. Pastor Phil and I walked up and down the room, laid hands on some of the pastors and prophesied over them. It was a powerful time in the Holy Ghost!

On Saturday morning, I taught the first session. My message focused on the aspects of a prophetic dream. The Lord graced the teaching with His peace.

Pastor Jim taught the second session. His topic focused on principles and errors of the pro-phetic. He covered a great deal of ground and presented well-rounded insights into how one should minister in the prophetic.

In the evening, Pastor Phil preached/taught a closing message along the theme of being an Apostolic and Prophetic church. Then the team proceeded to prophesy over the pastors. This time of ministry flowed for about an hour. We each walked around the room and ministered over the pastors.

At the conclusion of the service, we ministered to Pastor Jim. He was filled with the Spirit and chuckled for about 15 minutes as God filled him with the Holy Spirit. The team also ministered over Carolina Martinez. God spoke powerfully over her, which resulted in her being slain under the power of the Holy Spirit. God is so good!

Sunday, March 11thApostle Yasser RivasCongregacion CristianaSantiago

Our team decided to preach in different locations on Sunday morning. I ministered in Apostle Yasser’s church. My message focused on the necessity to “Build God’s House.” Following the preaching, I prophesied over Apostle Yasser, his wife, Vilma and her mother, Vilma. The word of the Lord over the Apostle emphasized that God is calling him to travel to the nations. His wife, Vilma received a word regarding her calling as a pastor to the con-gregation. I also prophesied that her mother was a steadying influence in the church. (Later that day, two people told me that the prophecies I gave over the apostle and his wife were accurate).

The church gathered at 5:30 PM for their evening service. Pastor Phil preached a message entitled, “Loose Him and Let Him Go.” He preached from the text where Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead.

Following the message, several couples and individuals were asked to sit in chairs that were placed in front of the platform. The team proceeded to minister prophetically over everyone that had been seated up front. I believe that the prophecies lasted over an hour and a half.

Sunday night at the Ambassador’s home…

Following the Sunday evening service, our team was driven to the home of Ambassador Ernesto Vargus. We each received a warm reception by the Ambassador. Only about 30 minutes passed when Pastor Jim began to prophesy over him. As the word was being given, the Ambassador fell to his knees and cried out to the Lord. Pastor Phil followed with another prophecy. In response, the Ambassador laid down on the floor on his back. Then I ministered an impartation of spiritual gifts, during which time the Ambassador began to shake under the power of God.

Once our team had finished ministering to the Ambassador, we each proceeded to enjoy a light dinner. The table had formal dinner settings. We were all tended to by two servants. It took the Ambassador about 30 minutes to compose himself before he could sit with us for a meal at the table!

Monday, March 11, 2013Return home

Each of our team members flew back to New York on Monday. My flight was delayed by 50 minutes. However, I arrived safely to my home in Mahopac at around 10:30 PM. Pastor Phil accompanied me as he had to stay the night in our home. The next morning, he departed to his home in Pennsylvania. So very thankful for all that the Lord accomplished during this amazing mission trip to the DR!
