Chopped Geo FibresAdvantages and benefits of TG Solutions (TGS) Thermalguard Chopped Geo Fibres:· Replacement for asbestos in frictional material applications.· Over twice the strength retention in elevated temperatures than E-glass reinforced applications; better and more stable frictional coefficient

and longer life.· Stiffer and stronger details than e-glass.· The dielectric properties are approximately equal to that of e-glass fibres.· Higher sound insulation properties than e-glass fibres.· Lower Heat Transfer Coefficient than e-glass and carbon. Greater thermal insulation properties.· Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion; approximately the same as concrete.

Chopped Strand MatTGS Thermalguard Geo-Fiber Chopped Strand Mat is made from TG Geo-Fibers.

● TGS Thermalguard Geo-Fiber Chopped Strand Mat is excellent when optimal wet-out, high-abrasion and corrosion resistance is required. Early laminate clarity makes TGS Thermalguard Geo-Fiber Chopped Strand Mat an excellent material for use in boat hulls, auto interiors and other parts.

● TGS Thermalguard Geo-Fiber Chopped Strand Mat is available in either 50-m or 100-m (165-ft or 328-ft) rolls, as specified by the customer.

● TGS Thermalguard Geo-Fiber Chopped Strand Mat can be made using Polyester Powder of PVAC Emulsion binders, as specified by the customer.

Needle Punched MatTGS Thermalguard Geo-Fibre Needle Punched Mat is made from TGS Geo-Fibres.

● TGS Thermalguard Geo-Fibre Needle Punched Mat does not use any binders.

● TGS Thermalguard Geo-Fibre Needle Punched Mat is available in roll widths of 1-m (39.375-inches).

Textured YarnTG Solutions (TGS) offers textiles made from TGS Geo-fibres in a variety of forms; including plain weave, strain weave, multi-axial weaves and UD tapes (without limitation).Advantages of TGS Thermalguard Geo-Textiles Resulting laminates have a 15% higher modulus and 25% higher tensile strength over E-glass Use temperature: -260oC to +560oC -436oF to 1,040oF Short-term maximum exposure temperature: +700oC 1,292oF Heat Conductivity: 0.031 W/(m.oC)

TGS Thermalguard Geo-Textiles can be “sized” for a wide variety of polymers.

Geo MeshTG Solutions (TGS) Thermalguard Geo-Mesh reinforcements are designed for reinforcing road and highway overlays to prolong the pavement lifespan. This is accomplished through the reduction of the effects of reflective cracking caused by traffic loading, age hardening and temperature cycling.

TGS Thermalguard Geo-Mesh reinforcements reduce Life Cycle Costs (LCC) by significantly prolonging required maintenance of roadways.

TGS Thermalguard Geo-Mesh reinforcements make it possible to reduce thickness of asphalt concrete pavement up to 20%.
