BANQUETTESOur graceful banquette seating has beautiful curves, nicely turned legs, self-welting

and just enough tufting to catch your eye and hold your attention. Note the full extension to

the floor in the back on the Madilyn while the Archer has exposed legs and tight

upholster y. Use any of our fabrics on these pieces and choose from our finishes.

Options for nailhead trim are available also.

B A C K C U S H I O N S : Both loose and attached pillow backs are filled with 20% high resiliency fiber, 50% duck feathers, and 30% duck down.

This blend is encased in a non-woven ticking. The backs are chan-neled to maintain form and shape along with lasting durability.

‘Downtown Studio’… A collection of fine DOMESTICALLY made upholstery. Designed and crafted using the finest materials made in

the USA. ‘Downtown Studio’ brings to you a collaboration of forms whichillustrates the most current styles and fashion trends in the industry.

F R A M E : Precision cut and fitted from high grade Maple solids. Engineered for maximum strength and long lasting. Reinforced with

hardwood corner blocks and glued in place.

S E AT C U S H I O N S : Our hand sewn blend down cushions use an eco-friendly, high resiliency UltraCell 1.8 foam, wrapped in a fiber padding,

feathers and down, and sewn and encased in a soft down-proof ticking to secure the blended fill throughout the cushion. Each cushion is designed to have the luxurious feel of down, creating a comfortable

seat with lasting durability.

S P R I N G C O N S T R U C T I O N : a heavy gage sinuous spring construction is used to provide the maximum seating comfort. Sinuous springs are “S” shaped and run from the front of the seat to the back. Springs are supported by additional wires that cross from side to side

combining for a very strong, long lasting comfortable seat.

Choose from many fabrics to create your individual custom look.

Well placed button tuftingwhich CREATES generous pleats, connecting the faille-covered buttons. A classicappeal that will be on trend for years to come.

Featuring the use of tacks for aesthetic purposes, or to create patterns and outlines. A tech-nique which visually produce a modern twist.

Several unique finishes are applied by hand to accentu-ate the style of each piece.

DELIVERY: Normal deliver y is 40 to 50 days for standard items. For COM and other custom features there can be a slight delay. Time sensitive orders are always welcome. Please inquire!

COM: No additional charge. The amount of fabric required to upholster will be supplied with a knowledge of the design of the fabric being used. When fabric has a ‘ repeat ’ this figure will be required in order to give the customer the amount of fabric needed. Once a COM fabric is inspected and accepted, Sarreid assumes no responsibilities for its overall per formance, flammability, durability, color fastness, or any other quality issues after upholstered on a Downtown Studio product. *Sarreid reserves the right to refuse any material not suitable for upholster y sent in to be used as COM (Customer ’s Own Material).

WARRANTY: Frames/Springs/Seat Cores: Sarreid guarantees frames, springs, and seat cushion cores for the life of the product. Sarreid does not guarantee, and will not assume responsibility for color fastness or thewearing qualities of any fabric. Downtown Studio fabric specifications are available when ordering for typical wear through normal use. This warranty applies under conditions of normal residential use and does not apply to damage incurred as a result of negligence or misuse. This includes improper cleaning,exposure to chemicals and foreign substances, liquids, accidents, or for any use which the product was not intended. TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY DAMAGE IS EXCLUDED.

SWATCHES: Fabric swatches are available for both the Upholster y and Pillow programs. 4” X 4” cuttings of all fabrics are available through Sarreid as needed at no charge.
