Keller Williams Canada is growing! The number of agents in Canada rose 24% in 2010 to 1522. At this growth rate we will reach close to 4500 in five years time. Our goal is to reach 4500 associates in Canada by January 2016.
To reach a powerful goal we know there are a lot of factors that come into play such as; a great plan, commitment, belief and accountability. One of the most important elements required to reach a lofty goal is Teamwork. It is part of our company's belief system, our WI4C2TS. Our KW Canada family became a stronger team in 2010.
I would like to acknowledge a few of these elements that wove a web of success in 2010. First of all, congratulations to the associates who are out there every day building their business of real estate. It takes a special person to succeed in the field of real estate. Your inspiring level of service makes us all proud to be part of Keller Williams Canada.
Congratulations OP's, TL's and MCA's and office staff. You are always showing up and committed to your associate’s success. Thank you leaders for what you have accomplished and the difference you are making in the Real estate industry.

Annette joins us bringing 15 years of office management, planning and team leadership. Her past experience has a comprehensive technical and operational background which will be most welcomed. Annette’s sense of passion and team efforts in her past experience coupled with a Business Administra-tion educational background will help contribute to our goal to expand the Canadian frontier for Keller Williams Canada.
Annette’s values and culture are aligned so closely with our beliefs that she will be a seamless addition to our group.

On December 4th the Keller Williams Realty South MC in Calgary celebrated the season with a dinner and wine pairing at Willow Park Wines and Spirits cellar. The dinner was prepared by one of the top chefs in Calgary and the Wine matched to the dinner. A DJ provided the music and a comedian completed the evening. Wayne gave the guests a lovely complimentary bottle of wine.

KW Valley Realty, Abbotsford BC Congratulations - Silent Auction raised $1,100 for Canuck Place Children’s Hospital
Each year KW Valley sponsors a family and a senior from the Food bank and provides a food hamper for them. At their Christmas party a silent auction was held where an additional $1100 was raised for Canuck Place Children’s Hospital.
Todd Skinner reports; the Whitby Chamber of Commerce is very proud to honour and recognize lead-ership, achievement and vision in our business community with our Annual Peter Perry & Business Achievement Awards. We are pleased to announce that Keller Williams Energy Real Estate Brokerage has won the award for their commitment to Skills Development & Training. Keller Williams Energy has demonstrated excellence in the areas of skills development and training. This includes mentor-ship, excellence in skills training and cooperative education opportunities for their agents.
The Business Achievement Awards were created by the Whitby Chamber of Commerce to recognize companies and individuals who have made exemplary achievements in business. Seven (7) awards will be given to recipients based on specific criteria – Business Person of the Year, Business Achievement 1 to 49 Employees, Business Achievement 50 or more Employees Young Entrepreneur, Skills Development & Training, Healthy Workplace and Environmental Achievement.

Due to the amazing generosity of the agents, preferred vendors and clients over 750 Turkeys (with all the trimmings) were
donated to families in need. Team Leader, Todd Skinner said, “Our agents are amazing! I am so proud of our team, we have a
motto, Give Where You Live and the Turkey Drive was our words in Action!
Our agents love this community and are honoured to serve. This community has been hit hard by the recession and there are
many in need. This is the least we could do!”
Over $16,000 was raise by the Keller Williams agents to make this happen!

Drew Scott, KW Elite announces the launch of a new TV series in Toronto and is in production. The show is called Property Brothers, and consists of Scott and his brother Jonathan helping home buyers get into their dream homes without busting their budgets. “We deal with Extreme fixer-uppers and utilize a state of the art CGI technology to show buyers potential in run down properties. The show looks great and I’m excited to see the response. “ The premiere was January 4 @ 10pm.
