Ordering: All initial orders require a credit application to be completed and approved by Repacorp. Please provide part number, number of cases, and model number of your printer.

Payment Terms: Net 30 days from invoice date. Repacorp reserves the right to suspend processing of new orders for accounts over 30 days. A 1.5% per month interest charge applies after the 31st day.

Credit Cards: Repacorp accepts Visa and MasterCard for payments, and a 4% service charge applies to all credit card payments. If over $5,000 then 2.5% additional will be applied to cover credit card fees.

Freight: All prices are F.O.B. Tipp City, Ohio and Franklin, Wisconsin. There is no freight charge on orders of $2,000 or more.

Claims: Title to goods is passed to purchaser upon transfer of the Bill of Lading to the carrier. The customer must note on the delivery receipt any shortages or damages. No adjustments will be made by Repacorp without delivery receipt verification.

Combining Orders: Orders consisting of multiple stock labels may be combined for column pricing. Any order containing both custom and stock labels does not qualify for column pricing.

Custom Labels/Artwork: Repacorp accepts artwork in a variety of digital and printed formats, including most major software packages. Preferred formats are Adobe Illustrator native, EPS, TIFF, and PDF. All digital artwork must be received at a minimum of 300 dpi for printing. Contact your Customer Service representative with questions regarding artwork submissions. Artwork estimates will be provided upon review of sample. Color proofs are available at an additional cost. Artwork creation time will be billed at $50.00 per hour.

Proofs: Repacorp requires signed proofs for all first time orders, to ensure correct copy and label layout. No order can be printed without a proof approval and acknowledgment of art charge (if applicable).

Plate Charge: Plate charge, for first time orders, will be: $69.00 — 1 color $99.00 — 3 colors $84.00 — 2 colors $115.00 — 4 colorsUnless Repacorp receives notice of a change to the original order, this will be a one-time charge.

Standard Ink Colors: The following ink colors are standard. RED: PANTONE® Warm Red, Rubine Red, PMS 185, PMS 199, PMS 201, PMS 485 BLUE: Process Blue, Reflex Blue, PMS 297 GREEN: PANTONE® Green, PMS 348, PMS 355 YELLOW: PANTONE® Yellow, PMS 121, PMS 131 ORANGE: PANTONE® Orange BROWN: PMS 469 BEIGE: PMS 155 PURPLE: PANTONE® Purple, PANTONE® Violet GOLD: PMS 131 BLACK: PANTONE® Black

Repacorp recommends that machine-printed areas of the label remain ink-free, and Repacorp will not be responsible for printhead damage when customer requests ink coverage in machine-printed areas.

Custom Inks: A $25.00 charge for custom or match colors applies to all orders of 25 cases or less.

Stock Labels: Repacorp stocks many popular labels. Not all items listed as stock are carried in inventory. Stock items are shown with a gray background on all catalog pages. For current availability, please contact your Customer Service Representative.

Credit and Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior approval of Repacorp. A restocking fee of $30.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, will apply.

Corrections: Repacorp has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of items and pricing in this catalog. We reserve the right to make corrections or changes without notice.

Custom Label Requests: If your application is not listed here, we invite you to request a custom label. Please send full, unopened rolls as those are required to determine tooling, unwind, core sizes, and color combinations. Please contact us for more information.
