2017 – like no other year to visit Israel! In 1967, the Jewish people miraculously retook the capital of Israel, Jerusalem, in a stunning victory at the end of the Six Day War. 2017 marks the jubilee (50th) anniversary of Jerusalem’s liberation. And we’re going to be there to celebrate with the nation on Jerusalem Day!

2017 is also the 50th anniversary of Jewish Voice Ministries. Join me and my family in celebrating both special jubilee events on our Celebrate Israel 2017 tour.

Nothing compares to the spiritual impact of walking where Yeshua (Jesus) walked almost 2,000 years ago and seeing the sites where He ministered the Word of God and healed the sick!

Israel continues to be one of the most inspirational places on Earth for both Jews and Christians alike. From Old Testament to New, Israel is home to the biblical history of our faith. You’ll gain invaluable insight as I share from the scriptures at various locations throughout the tour.

We’ll enjoy four and five-star accommodations, great Israeli food, and the sights and sounds of an ancient land and people. We’ve added some unique attractions to this tour to make your experience even more outstanding. We’ll tour an Israeli military base, enjoy a Bedouin dining experience, and attend a spectacular Jerusalem Day event to celebrate the liberation of Israel’s capital city.

You’ll also have the opportunity to renew your marriage vows on the Sea of Galilee and participate in an immersion ceremony at the Jordan River

We hope you will prayerfully consider joining us. It’s going to be an unforgettable, landmark tour!

I can’t wait to celebrate 50 years of a free Jerusalem with you on this Celebrate Israel Tour!

Frequently Asked QuestionsIs it safe to visit Israel? The US State Department provides several resources regarding the safety of travel to Israel and travel advisories. We recommend that you check these before making your travel decision. For more information, visit:https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/alertswarnings/israel-travel-warning.htmlhttp://israel.usembassy.gov/consular/acs/travelinformation.html

What are the benefits of visiting Israel to me as a Christian?Being at the original sites of many biblical events is often a very moving experience. Walking where Yeshua walked, seeing original stone buildings from thousands of years ago, looking out on vistas where historical figures of the Bible did the same – it charges your faith and inspires your spirit in a way unique to a trip to the Holy Land. As you visit each site, hear its history, and re-ceive the unique perspective of Messianic Judaism from Jonathan Bernis, your faith will be informed like never before. Your Bible reading will be impacted by your first-hand acquaintance with the Land where so many of its events took place down through history.

Do I need a visa? For U.S. citizens, only your passport is required. There is no additional travel visa required. Your U.S. passport must be valid for six (6) months after your return date. If you have questions or are a non-U.S. tour participant, please contact our Event Manager at 800-299-9374.

Do I need shots? There are no immunizations required for a visit to Israel.

Will there be a language problem?Hebrew is the official language of Israel, but several languages are spoken. Children are required to learn one additional language in school, and that is usually English or French. Almost all shops have English speaking staff and you are never far from those who can speak English. Our tour guides will all speak English, of course, and you should have no problem with the language.

How should I dress?Israel in May is generally mild and sees daytime temperatures in the 70s and 80s with evenings cooling off into the 50s and 60s, depending on the area. Bring lightweight, comfortable clothing and good walking shoes as we’ll be doing a lot of walking. We recommend bringing a hat for the sun. Long shorts, skirts, and even long-sleeved shirts will help protect you from the sun, along with a good sunscreen, of course. A sweater or lightweight jacket or layers are a good idea for evenings. Keep in mind that while casual clothing is fine for most days, there will be days when we visit holy sites where arms and legs should be covered.

How much spending money should I bring?Of course, how much spending money to bring depends on each individual. However, here are a few things to help you decide what your anticipated spending needs will be. Tour prices include two meals per day, entry fees, hotels, and transportation. You will need additional money for lunch each day, tips, taxes, sundries, and any souvenirs you’d like to purchase.

Is there a preferred travel company for purchasing my US domestic airfare?Yes. We have secured competitive rates for US domestic airfare to the gateway city. Please contact directly: Michelle Wickman at Corporate Traveler, 1-855-332-9366 or email: [email protected]
