1. Work with a partner. 2. You will need activity cards, an answer key and counting cubes. 3. Put the girl cards in a pile face down. Spread the boy cards in

front of you. 4. Tallest goes first. 5. Pick the top card off the girl pile, read it aloud. 6. Pick the matching number sentence – use the counting cubes for

help. 7. Pick the matching doubles, doubles +1 or doubles +2 that matches

the number sentence. 8. Partner checks the answers. If correct keep the cards. If not

correct return the cards. 9. Take turns until all the cards are gone.
