Let me tell you a sad story…
…that happened in sunny Spain
Once upon a time,
I bought a cell phone
this cell phoneto be precise.
…only till six months.
One day fatalitycame into my
life,
The cell phone stop recharging.
One day the battery died.
I took it to theVodafoneafter-sales
service.
The manufacturertechnical support
department stated that itwas non fixable.
As it was underwarranty…
…and therewas no
mistreat…
…I claimed a new one.
I think it was a reasonable claim.
¡¡They could do nothing!!
They told that they hadn´t responsability.
I then wrote to the manufacturer.
If it is non fixable, the warranty isautomatically no longer valid.
If it is non fixable, the warranty is
automatically no longer valid.
¡What a foolishness!
I could not believemy eyes.
I was in a certain point…
…after spending several hours against stupidanswering service, and “human staff” also…
…for no respecting this…
…they asked themselves for a bad enemy.
I went intoaction.
I didn’t want money.
I demanded responsability…
When a companydon’t focus on the
important thing(customers)…
…deserves to go bankrupt.
I would spread my story…
…Iwould become some others’partner…
…in search of justice…
