Hey baby,We need to talk. There are some things that have happened recently and I really feel that it’s time that we separate. I’m writing this letter to you to tell you why I feel this way.

First of all, I strongly believe that there are some freedoms that everyone should always have, whether they’re single or in a relationship. I want to feel like I am free to live my life and seek out the things that make me happy, and it’s really important to me that the person I am dating is helping to ensure that I am happy. I’ve always said that I would never stay with someone who didn’t make me happy. And, the fact that we have been together for such a long time cannot and should not be a reason for us staying together.

Now, I know that you might be wondering why it is that I am so unhappy. Truthfully, there have been a lot of things, that you’ve been doing for a long time. For one, you make me pay for everything and you never let me have a say in anything we do. You have been a major control freak. You are always telling me what to do and you never let me make decisions for myself. You let your obnoxious friends, who are always around, tell me what to do and you even let them come to my place and use my house like it’s theirs! NOT COOL! On top of all of this, we are always fighting.

This letter is not the first time, I’ve mentioned these things. I have told you about all of this many times and you have ignored me every time. So, that’s it. I’m done. I deserve better, so I am moving on.
