Bruno spent many years as a manager for Petro-Canada before moving into professional services with

two large Calgary firms. Founding DMA in 2004, he has built important and deep relationships with companies large

and small, while building a team of recruitment professionals and honing the discipline.

His books and coaching programs are well received in business communities from Calgary to Ottawa and

everywhere in between.

Tony Prettegiani has been active in Calgary’s finance community since 1989. He has experience in the

Professional Service, Energy and Aviation sectors. Tony has been with DMA Canada since May 2012 and is

responsible for working with the leadership team to manage the finance and accounting activities of the

organization.

Dmetri joined DMA in 2011 after several record-setting years of post-secondary recruitment success. A

designated Project Manager (PMP) and Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), he brings a methodical and

client-based recruitment effort that is reflected in the training and processes at DMA.

As a team-lead, Dmetri strives to work with clientele who require strategic sourcing techniques that offset

their head-count directly with direct-hire employees, or temporary resources. He excels in building integrated

partner-level relationships.

Cindy joined DMA in 2013, after being part of a Hamilton, ON community research project identifying

community services gaps, over 3 years in mortgage financing, and a variety business administration experience. Her

focus is on maintaining a high standard of business practice, and her passion is helping people reach their goals. She

regularly designs and implements candidate re-engagement projects through the use of our practicum-student

supports.

Cindy is the candidate and project coordination hub for Dmetri Berko’s project team.

Gregory joined DMA in 2014 with 23 years in the Financial Services Industry in Calgary, most recently as a
