Dr. Dittmar is an online learning expert with strong leadership and management skills; she is a published author, and an international and national speaker who frequently presents on E-Learning, Ed Tech, and Web Tech topics.

Dr. Dittmar honed online learning and academic leadership skills during a distinguished 12-year tenure with Capella University--a fully online, accredited university. Additionally, she earned a PhD from Capella University’s School of Education specializing in Instructional Design for Online Learning.

With Dr. Dittmar's leadership, online programs exponentially grew while she collaborated with University-wide, cross-functional teams to assure high-quality learning, improved completion rates, and strong metrics in student and faculty satisfaction.
