History

• The property has been explored off and on since 1893. The deposit has been extensively explored and developed to by several operators, including Noranda, Rio Algom, BP Minerals, Bethlehem Resources Corp., Northair Mines Ltd. and Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting. • Mid-1960’s, Cominco, Amax Exploration and Western Mining Company identified possible economic copper and molybdenum mineralization.• From 1980 to 1985, surface and underground drilling completed by a joint venture between Rio Algom Exploration Inc. and BP Minerals Ltd. (50/50)• In 1985 Northair Mines Limited joined the joint venture. They completed the majority of the present underground workings and diamond drilling.

Willa ProjectLocated in one of the most highly mineralized areas in British Columbia, the Willa asset is now at the centre of Discovery’s aggressive exploration and drilling efforts. This property features gold, copper and silver with survey reports indicating 1mT @ 6.3 g Au/T, 10.77 g Ag/T and 0.79% Cu respectively. Over $15 million has been spent to date on drilling and exploration, while a nearby mill has been located for processing. The deposit is open at all three sites and fully developed.

History continued• Operating Margins = >400% ($400 value - $100 costs).• Mining widths = 10 to 25 meters allow low cost efficient mining methods.• Excellent metallurgical properties.• Paved highway access with close proximity to towns.• Experienced local mine crews and mine operators.• Permitting in place for Max Mill • Production should be achievable within 12 months.• Ready to Mine – Mine Development in Place required capex <$4.0.• All equipment late model and recent operation.• Long life resources at Willa – >20 years• High Quality Database• Mineralization Open in 3 directions - several other highly-prospective areas undeveloped.• Power Savings of $15,000 with conversion of diesel to hydro power. $5 million savings on Capex of $8-10 million.• Potential dual mine operation with existing facilities.

• In 1990 - Treminco Resources Ltd. entered into an option to purchase agreement (100 % interest) from the Rio Algom Exploration Inc., BP Resources Canada Limited and Northair Mines.• Between 2002 and 2005, Bethlehem Resources (1996) Corporation conducted further diamond drilling and a pre-feasibility study. • 2003 - Updated 43-101 Resource completed and data base digitized. • Hatch Consultants and others completed a preliminary mine design and mine schedule based on the new Mineral Resource estimate. Study done at $400/Au and $1.75/Cu price environment = <15%IRR. • 550 ton metallurgical bulk sample completed which confirmed Gold and copper recoveries obtained in extensive test work which ranged between (Au) 80-84 % and (Cu)90-94 % at a concentrate grade of 20-24 percent copper• 596 drill holes totaling 189,000 feet (57,250 meters) of core drilling and 8,500 feet (2,575 meters) of underground workings, extensive geophysics and sampling consisting of 17,150 analyses for gold, copper and silver. • 1980’s to 2005 reported to cost $18 million - 2012 cost would be >$40 million.
