RayBio® Membrane-based (C-Series) and Glass Slide-based (G-Series) Antibody Arrays utilize the sandwich immunoassay principle, wherein a panel of capture antibodies is spotted on a solid support. Signal readouts allow densitometry data collection and calculation of fold-changes for each detected protein.
