Description: Vickie gave a brief report on the NLM demonstration project she completed in partnership with the Rochester Public Library’s Arnett Branch. She then discussed the importance of not just teaching people about preparedness, but about moving the community towards a state of readiness and how local libraries and response organizations might work together to do this.
