The Tax Man ComethA last-minute filer walked into our state income tax office and handed me his returns. Just as he did, a peal of laughter could be heard in another room. G l a r i n g a t m e , h e grumbled, “What are they d o i n g b a c k t h e r e , counting the money?”

Money TroublesI was in small-claims court when I listened in on the case of a woman who held a good job but still had trouble paying her bills on time. “Can’t you live within your income?” a sked the judge.

“No, Your Honor,” she said. “It’s all I can do to live within my credit.”

Renters' ExcusesNo one likes coughing up rent. But at least these tenants gave landlords creat ive reasons for avoiding it."With my daughter’s graduation, our new boat, and our trip to Europe this year, we’re a little strapped.""I’m getting real tired of paying this rent every month! You’ll have to wait a few more days.""We’re a little short right

n o w . B u t d o n ’ t worry—we’re getting a refund on my wife’s tattoo. The artist messed it up, and we’re getting back most of the bucks!""I didn’t pay the rent because I’m saving up to move.""It’s your fault the check bounced. Why didn’t you tell me you were going to run to the bank the very same day!”

Sock it to MeOn the first night of their honeymoon, the husband isn’t sure how to tell his bride about his stinky feet and smelly socks, while the wife is wondering

how to break the news to him about her awful breath, which so far, she’s been able to cover up. A f t e r s o m e s o u l -searching, the husband gathers his nerve and says, “I have a

confession.”She draws closer, peers into his eyes, and says, “ D a r l i n g , s o d o I . ” Recoiling, he says, “Don’t tell me—you’ve eaten my socks.”

Diseases Linked to SodaSaying ‘no’ to soda can be a challenge, especially when it’s in a cold perspiring bottle, waiting to be opened. Every can is packed with sweet bubbling goodness which you can pair with burger, fries, pizza, or all of them at once! The following diseases linked to soda should make you think twice about opening a can:1. ObesityT h e m e d i c a l c o n d i t i o n i s characterized by excess weight resulting from accumulated fat throughout the body. It’s more severe than being overweight, and is defined by a Body Mass Index (BMI) of more than 30 kg/m2. In the United States, 2 out of 3 adults and 1 in every 3 children are either overweight or obese. Studies show that soft drinks, along with other sugar laden beverages, are a major contributor to obesity. Researchers discovered that increasing one’s daily intake of sugary drinks by 12 ounces leads to increased weight in adults. Another study found that children who drank an extra 12 ounces of soda each day had a 60 percent higher chance of becoming obese in the next two years. In a recent investigation,

scientists learned that among people who were genet ical ly inclined to obesity, those who drank soft dr inks and other sugary beverages were more likely to be obese than those who did not.2. DiabetesDiabetes is another disease linked to soda, with type 2 diabetes being the most common. It is a chronic condition wherein the body has difficulty metabolizing sugars due to the lack of insulin and a developed insulin resistance. As a result, a person with diabetes suffers from e l e v a t e d b l o o d s u g a r s a n d accompanying symptoms which include constant hunger, excessive thirst, and frequent urination. Unmanaged, diabetes may cause heart disease, kidney failure, and blindness, among others. In the United States, people who regularly consume high-sugar beverages – one or more cans of soda in a day – have a 26 percent higher chance of developing type 2 diabetes than non-soda drinkers and people who rarely consume them. A recent study from Europe follows a similar trend: drinking at least one soda each day increased a person’s risk for developing

diabetes by up to 18 percent.3. Dental CariesOtherwise known as “tooth decay” and “cavities,” it refers to the breakdown of teeth due to bacteria. Dental caries are typical of people who consume sugary drinks like soda, but fail to clean up after. B e c a u s e s o d a s a r e a c i d i c beverages, they are more damaging to teeth compared to other soft drinks. Symptoms of dental caries include toothache, gum swelling, and difficulty eating. If left untreated, a simple tooth decay can progress to infection, abscess formation, and tooth loss.4. Kidney DamageThe kidneys are two of the most important organs in the body. They regulate several bodily functions including blood pressure, electrolyte balance, acid-base balance, the metabolism of liquids, and urination. But research has uncovered a terrible fate among soda-drinkers: people who drank more than two in a day were at a higher risk of suffering kidney damage compared to those who drank fewer to none at all.Diet sodas sweetened with high-fructose corn syrup are even more dangerous to kidneys than regular sodas. According to a study presented at the American Society o f Neph ro logy , women who consumed two or more diet sodas in a day experienced a 30 percent drop in kidney function. Unless alleviated, k idney damage may become irreversible and cause kidney failure. Drinking one quart of soda every week has also been linked to a 15 percent increased risk for kidney stones. Why it happens: When we drink more soda than recommended, our kidneys work harder than usual. Eventually, this takes a toll and causes kidney damage, making them less effective at what they do. The fructose in diet sodas is especial ly harsh on kidneys. “Fructose is sweeter than glucose,” says Dr. Anil Agarwal, a kidney

specialist from the Ohio State University. He explains that unlike

glucose, it has a direct effect on kidneys. FOR CLASSIFIEDS 918-426-5500

How-to books, text books, fact sheets and other publications exist at the library, bookstore or on the internet. Designs don’t have to be complicated, but in some cases the topography or other unique situations may p o s e s o m e d i f f i c u l t c h a l l e n g e s a n d s e e m overwhelming; if this is the case it might be best to hire a professional.In addition to the basic

elements and principles of design, here is a top ten list of things to consider when designing a landscape.1.Always start planning on paper. An eraser is always easier to use than a shovel.2.Trees should be used to frame the house and provide background. They should never block or hide the house.3.Do not over plant – be sure you know the ultimate size of each plant and allow room for growth. Do not depend on heavy pruning to keep plants within desired size.4.Balance is important in landscaping. Do not arrange one area of the property with more color or more heavily planted than another area.5.Create focal points or centers of interest. These f o c a l p o i n t s c a n b e outstanding plants, pieces of tasteful statuary or a distant view.6.In order to make people feel welcome, do not put large shrubs near the door. Use somewhat larger shrubs near the corners of the house and gradually taper plantings to lower shrubs near the door.7.In general, do not depend on a foundation planting of

perennials, annuals and roses in the front of the house. They are ineffective most of the year.8 . When planning your landscape, do not overlook shrubs with outstanding winter coloring, branching habits or fruit. Plan for year-round effect.9. In general, plants with fine texture are better placed in the foreground; coarser materials with large leaves in the background.10. Select plants that will

grow well in the geographical a r e a a n d u n d e r t h e management you will give

them.A b o v e a l l u s e y o u r imagination and have fun.

Regular exercise before pregnancy may help stave off pelvic pains(Reuters Health) - Regular exercise before pregnancy may protect against so-called pelvic girdle pain as the fetus grows, according to a new study from Norway.Between 20 and 40 percent of pregnant women experience some pelvic girdle pain late in pregnancy, associated with joint and ligament changes in their body caused by the growing baby, said lead author Katr ine Mari Owe of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health in Oslo.Other studies have found that exercise can lessen chronic pain for people who are not pregnant, likely due to endorphin release, she told Reuters Health by email."Though the long-term effect of exercise on pain remains unclear, women who exercise regularly pre-pregnancy are more likely to continue throughout

pregnancy," she and her colleagues write in the British Journal of Sports Medicine.Pelvic girdle pain is defined as pain across the back and front of the pelvis, Owe’s team explains. It has been linked to depression and higher amounts of sick leave during pregnancy, they note. Past research has already shown that women who experience pelvic girdle pain are less likely to exercise during pregnancy. The researchers wanted to see if exercise levels before pregnancy were linked to a likelihood of having pelvic girdle pain.At clinic visits when they were about four months pregnant, the women answered questions about the type and frequency of exercise they did in the three months before becoming pregnant. More than half of the women said they exercised at least three times a week before

pregnancy, while only seven percent said they were not exercising at all. Almost all of those who had exercised before pregnancy were still doing so at about four months gestation. When they were 7.5 months pregnant, about 1 in 10 women reported pelvic girdle pain, including 1 in 8 of those who had reported no exercise. Those who reported pain tended to be less healthy in several ways, including more reports of smoking, being overweight and having a history of depression or lower back pain before pregnancy. Those who did not report pelvic girdle pain tended to be healthier and to report exercising three to five times per week before becoming pregnant. Those who did high impact exercise - l i k e r u n n i n g , j o g g i n g , p l a y i n g ballgames/netball, high impact aerobics

or orienteering - were the least likely to report pelvic pain.Overall, exercising more than five times weekly pre-pregnancy did not appear to add to the benefit.“What was surprising to us was that even women who exercised only once or twice a week (before pregnancy) had lower risk of developing pelvic girdle pain compared to those who did not exercise at all,” Owe said.Few women are severely disabled by pelvic girdle pain, according to Hilde Stendal Robinson of the University of Olso, who was not part of the new study.Exercise in general is beneficial, and pregnancy is no exception, Robinson told Reuters Health by email.“It is important that women with pelvic girdle pain seek help to deal with the pain throughout pregnancy,” Owe said. “We have no evidence to recommend complete rest for nine months, but she must take into account the pain and find alternative ways to stay physically ac t ive . ”There are few e f fec t ive treatments for pelvic pain during pregnancy, but it almost always resolves after delivery, she said.

SPOTLIGHT ON SAM WAMPLER

When Sam Wampler moved to McAlester a year ago, he knew it was a place where he and his family could settle in and be a part of the community. It didn’t take him long to do just that.As owner of Freedom Ford on Highway 69, Wampler has a vision outside of just selling vehicles.“I believe one of our primary purposes is to be an outreach to the community,” he said. “Selling and servicing cars gives us the ability to do that.”Wampler has quickly found success with Freedom Ford in McAlester. The dealership was recently recognized by Ford as the fastest growing store in Oklahoma.Like any businessman, he has to be concerned with the bottom line. But he sees an opportunity to go beyond that.“ E v e r y t h i n g a b o v e conventional advertising I want to spend on community outreach,” he said. “We are particularly interested in helping our schools and teachers, our military and our firemen and policemen.”

A recent event was “Drive 4 ur School”. By making a contribution for every test drive taken, Freedom Ford was able to donate more than $7000 to the McAlester school system.“ Fo r t h i s e v e n t w e ’ v e specifically targeted the Band and Student Council,” he said. “ I t was real ly gratifying to be able to deliver a check directly to those two programs.”A program very dear to Wampler will be rolling out o n Ve t e r a n s D a y. T h e Veterans History Project is a joint effort between Ford and the American Red Cross.“We will be bringing in military veterans, whether from Vietnam or World War II or whatever their experience, and letting them tell their story,” he said. “They come in and get video time for them to talk, show photos, a journal or just anything they want to bring in.”A video and typed copy of the conversation goes home with each veteran for them and their family. In addition, a copy of each one goes to the Library of Congress. “This is just such a cool program,” said Wampler. “My great granddad was in World War II and I would give anything to have those stories from him. It’s a golden opportunity to document

history of that generation.” Wampler graduated from Norman High School in 1988 a n d s p e n t t i m e a s a n undergrad at the University of Oklahoma and Rose State College. At 19 years old, he was approached about becoming a car salesman.“ My first response was no,” he said with a chuckle. “Those guys are a pack of thieves.”But after a conversation with his father, he realized that the j o b d i d n’ t d i c t a t e h i s personal attributes.“Dad said ‘Sam….if you’ll treat people right, they’ll respect you and always come back’,” said Wampler. “That philosophy has worked and that has been the consistent p i e c e t h r o u g h o u t o u r careers.”Wampler remained in the car industry, most recently as G e n e r a l M a n a g e r o f Reynolds Ford in Norman. He also spent a year and a half as Executive Pastor at Journey Church in Norman. When the opportunity in McAlester opened up, he knew the timing was right to make that move. “We just love it here,” he said. “The people are friendly and have been very welcoming. It has that hometown feel with a lot of pride in its heritage. I believe that is important.”A s a n e w c o m e r , i t ’ s sometimes easier to see things from a different perspective. Wampler loves the welcoming atmosphere of the community but he also knows the importance of things like well-performing schools and good roads. Those are two important

areas he hopes citizens of McAlester will continue to focus on and improve. In addition to his hectic business life, Wampler finds t i m e t o g i v e b a c k b y volunteering for a number of organizations servicing churches, schools and the community. He is currently a board member for Shared Blessings and Rotary Club. He and his family attend Life Church and get back to Journey Church in Norman when they can.“I also help out at Northside Assembly of God every Friday morning,” he said. “They provide breakfast and a pep talk/devotional for the football team. It’s a great outreach.”Wampler and his wife Lori have two sons. Gage attends

O k l a h o m a W e s l e y a n University and Caleb is a 6th g r a d e r a t L a k e w o o d Christian.“ We b e l i e v e i n e a t i n g together as a family and staying close,” said Wampler. “We are involved with athletics and church. I tell people all the time what a great place this is to raise a

family.”A place is what you make it. As a relatively new guy in town, Sam Wampler has jumped in to work to make things even better. He has quickly become an example for community service and raising the bar for excellence in McAlester.

Operating in a World of $50 OilDES MOINES, Iowa, Oct. 15, 2015 – Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack today announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture will award $30 million to projects in six states to protect, restore and enhance wetlands on private and tribal agricultural lands. The projects are being funded under the Wetland Reserve Enhancement Partnership (WREP), a program authorized by the 2014 Farm Bill.“Through locally led partnerships like these, USDA is targeting conservation in the places that make sense, allowing us to address local concerns," Vilsack said. "These projects will improve water quality, prevent flooding, enhance wildlife habitat and meet increasing conservation challenges on over 19,000 acres of wetlands."Created by the 2014 Farm Bill, WREP is a special enrollment option under the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program's Wetland Reserve Easement component. Through WREP, which is administered by USDA's Natural Resources Conservat ion Service ( N R C S ) , s t a t e s , l o c a l u n i t s o f governments , non-governmenta l organizations and American Indian tribes co l labora te w i th NRCS th rough c o o p e r a t i v e a n d p a r t n e r s h i p agreements. These partners work with tribal and private landowners who voluntarily enroll eligible land into easements to protect, restore and enhance wetlands on their properties.Wetland reserve easements allow landowners to successfully enhance and protect habitat for wildlife on their lands, reduce impacts from flooding, recharge groundwater and provide outdoor r e c r e a t i o n a l a n d e d u c a t i o n a l opportunities. The voluntary nature of NRCS' easement programs allows e f fec t ive in tegra t ion o f wet land restoration on working landscapes, providing benefits to farmers and ranchers who enroll in the program, as well as benefits to the local and rural communities where the wetlands exist.NRCS awarded grants for projects in Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska and Tennessee.2015-2016 WREP Projects:Iowa: Partners will acquire and restore

prairie pothole wetlands and associated tallgrass prairie uplands on five sites within Prairie Pothole Joint Venture Priority Areas and Ducks Unlimited Living Lakes Initiative Emphasis Areas. Partner contributions will nearly double the acres of wetlands that will be protected and restored. NRCS plans to invest $3 million in this project.Kentucky: Partners will acquire and restore wetlands in high priority small watersheds to reduce sediment and nutrients entering the Mississippi River. Coordination with the Kentucky Indiana Bat Fund, The Nature Conservancy and other partners will provide protection of adjacent forested wetlands, increasing the impacted area and quality of protected habitat provided for wildlife. NRCS plans to invest $9.4 million in this project.Mississippi: Partners will expand an existing project to increase the acres acquired and wetlands restored in the Mississippi River Basin. These additional wetland acres will provide habitat for fish and wildlife, improve water quality by filtering sediments and nutrients, reduce flooding, recharge ground water and p r o v i d e o u t d o o r r e c r e a t i o n a l opportunities. NRCS plans to invest $5.1 million in this project.Missouri: Partners will enhance 9,500 acres of existing wetlands and restore 500 acres of critically imperiled wet prairie habitats on existing USDA easements improving a total of 10,000 acres. Strong partner support across 30 counties will build on the success of ongoing conservat ion easement programs in the state. NRCS plans to invest $2.4 million in this project.Nebraska: Additional partners will build on the success of two previous WREP projects to acquire and restore the state's playa wetlands and mixed-grass prairie buffers. By modifying irrigation and grazing practices this project will provide a unique twist on traditional easements with innovative partner input that links product ion agr icu l ture land wi th conservation easements. NRCS plans to invest $1.7 million in this project.Tennessee: Partners will acquire and restore wetlands in a Hypoxia Task Force priority watershed of the lower

Mississippi River, reducing the sediment and nutrients entering the river while improving wildlife habitat. The project area also includes areas along the Mississippi River in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Kentucky and Missouri. Twenty-six of the 35 counties in the project area are identified by the USDA as Persistent Poverty StrikeForce Counties, where assistance to combat rural poverty will be targeted. This is the second phase of work that began in 2012 that is on track to enroll 15,000 acres by 2016. NRCS plans to invest 8.4 million in this project.WREP partners contribute a funding match for financ ia l o r techn ica l assistance. 7 Things You Must Have

To Go Deer Hunting

b

y HuntingFreakDeer Hunting Tips With all the hunting equipment that we carry into the field just to go deer hunting, it got me thinking, do I really need all this stuff? It’s expensive, heavy, loud, and so bulky that I stick out like a grape on a toothpick in my tree stand.I began toying with the question – could bringing less hunting gear actually make me a more successful deer hunter? If so,

what items would I consider to be must have for deer hunting?1. Choose Your WeaponTo call yourself a deer hunter, you must first have a weapon. Whether you use a gun or a bow, be sure you are within your state’s current deer hunting regulations. Not all gun caliber sizes are legal. There are certain seasons during the year for specific types of guns (shotgun, muzzle loader, and rifle).High powered rifles are illegal to hunt deer with in some states. There may be a minimum poundage required for a compound bow to deer hunt legally.States have varying laws about using a cross bow to harvest whitetail deer.Check the whitetail hunting regulations for the current year and be sure you are within the guidelines before choosing a weapon and buying ammo.2. A License to KillDeer Hunting LicenseYou must possess the proper deer hunting license or deer tag before you can hunt deer. You need a legal license just to be in the field with a weapon during the season even if you do not harvest a deer. Most s tates a lso require hunters (especially young hunters and non-residents) to take a mandatory hunter safety education program. The goal of the 10 hour course is to make deer hunters s a f e , r e s p o n s i b l e , a n d m o r e k n o w l e d g e a b l e a b o u t w i l d l i f e conservation. The course can be taken at various locations within your state or online. Upon completing the coarse, deer hunters will receive a card signifying their certification.3. Dress for Success

Boots to Hunt DeerNow that you are legal, it’s time to figure out what to wear. Depending on the time of year you’ll need either lightweight or cold weather gear. There are a few things to remember with hunting clothing when it comes to deer hunting whitetails.Always check the local forecast for the predicted weather during your hunting hours.Wash your clothing in a scent free soap to remove any foreign odors.Layering your clothes is the best way to stay warm (wear one more layer than you need as you can always remove it).Choose the right camouflage pattern for the terrain you’ll be deer hunting.Wear gloves and a mask so you blend in and control your scent better. If necessary, wear or bring along some rain gear to keep dry.A comfortable pair of hunting boots is extremely important.Hunting clothing can get confusing with windproof, waterproof, scent control, and breathable types all in dozens of different camouflage patterns. Choose what is right for you depending on the conditions and realize that you’ll get better at dressing as you ga in wh i t e ta i l dee r hun t i ng experience.4. Eyes Like a HawkBinoculars for Hunting DeerA decent pair of hunting optics is going to be something you depend on a lot. Being able to spot whitetails in the distance can mean the difference between harvesting a deer or eating a tag sandwich.I like to use my binoculars to scan heavy cover. It passes the time and occasionally I will spot a big buck. Zoom in on a whitetail buck that is still beyond your range to determine if it ’s a shooter or not. Binoculars can also aid in recovering a deer after the shot by viewing it as it runs off.5. Know Your DistanceNo matter what shooting gear you have, rangefinders are a must have when hunting whitetails. You need to know exactly how far a deer is before you can

make a perfect shot. As responsible whi teta i l hunters, we want every advantage in making an ethical kill. When hunting with a bow, I like to mark spots in 10 yard increments from my deer stand using my rangefinders prior to seeing any deer. I’ll pick out small landmarks like a rock, unique weed, or field edge and take a mental note. This way I know how far a deer is without having to move around more than I need to once they’re in close.6. Speak the LanguageWith all the deer calling products available, it’s easy to go overboard. But since we’re only packing the bare minimums, let’s go with the deer grunt call. A deer grunt is the call most deer hunters would use if they could only use one. It’s the most flexible go-to call that has had the most success calling in big bucks all over the country.7. Don’t Be Afraid of the DarkDeer Hunting GearWhether you are walking to your stand or returning, most of the time you’re doing it under the cover of darkness.

For this reason, a flashlight is a must have item for hunting whitetail deer. Safety is the number one advantage of carrying a flashlight.I prefer to use a headlamp over a hand held flashlight. It allows me to have a light on while I’m carrying my weapon, navigating through brush, and climbing my stand. A light source also warns other deer hunters in your area of your presence. To have a better chance of sneaking in undetected, try packing lighter this hunting season.1.It’s less tiring so you might end up hunting deer more often.2.By bringing less, you eliminate more scent.3.You’ll be able to sneak in and out easier and quieter.4.There is less chance of being spotted in your hunting stand.I think you’ll find, as long as you have only the necessary items you need to go deer hunting, you just might increase your chances of being a more successful deer hunter.

I have a real complaint against Sprocket here in McAlester. When we rst setup our account we were on unlimited 3G then they advertised the 4G plan with unrestricted use. Well after receiving a $1400 bill needless to say I was shocked! So we got it resolved we thought. We are paying $177 per month and have watched on average 4 Netix movies per month, we do not play video games but on rare occasions. I called to ask why the bill was so high for as little as we use the service only to be told that we are no longer allowed to be a customer because of over usage. For one, at this price, one would think that you could not worry with your “unrestricted” usage. But I guess we were wrong, as well as another friend of ours who just received the same call to threaten her that if she goes over a plan she too was informed was unrestricted she too will be booted as a customer. Please, if you are going to advertise something and get people to sign up with you then tell them the truth about the plan so that you do not offend when you rudely call to kick someone off your plan. Thank you

Our Tax Dollars At Work! The other day coming to work the city workers was trimming some crepe myrtle tree's over on second street. There was like 5 of them and 4 small tree's. 2 of them were just standing there watching them trim the tree's and 1 of them had a few little twigs in one hand slowly walking over to put them in the back of the truck. I mean come on. Do they not have more to do? I see this often. They'll have several workers on a small job and only one or two of them are working and the others are standing around visiting with each other or on their cell phones.

Can Marsha Gore tell us why they lease out lawn care for thousands of dollars per year to one of her good friends, when we have a lawn crew on the payroll on maintenance department. Why would she take that away from them and spend money that we don not have. thank you

The people of McAlester spoke out they said "no more taxes", we want to preserve our livelihood with no more taxes! Hang in there.

I would like to know how someone that has had their daughter taken away is still living in subsidized housing and receiving lower rent by aq false claim. This is our tax dollars being abused here.

Still sitting here laughing because that’s about all I can do considering your hospital all but let my husband lay there doing nothing then hours later him winding up back in ICU in McAlester, the same hospital that sent him to you by ambulance to save him in the rst place! So your nal notice bills have no effect on me, I choose not to pay those who almost killed him. Thank you!

Come on, guys. Cruisin' is over. All the pretty, low-milage cars and trucks are gone. Put gas prices back down where they belong.

Obama needs to show less leadership on climate change and more on foreign affairs. If he doesn't, I suspect things are going to heat up a lot faster and be more unsettled than any of his "settled scientists" predict.

If the famed SEC would play a tougher schedule out of conference, they would be a lot higher in the weekly polls or perhaps it would show true their deciencies? Quit scheduling cupcakes.

Another story bemoaning the fact that people can't live on a Social Security benets. When are people going to realize that this is true and the intent of the benet is to supplement other retirement income? I receive the highest possible benet at full retirement age and there is no way I could live on that alone. People need to either have employment that earns a pension and/or contribute to some kind of retirement account.

I have to admit, I was a bit shocked when seeing the School Board Meeting and the questioned raised. When will we the public be receiving the answers to the questions. Somethings brought up just do not seem right and we feel need to be answered. Thank you

I pray for you school system, I am all to familiar of what happened in Shawnee and in Tennessee.

Why does our government give the U.S. taxpayers money to citizens of other countries that come here with the sole purpose of collecting "free money and benets?" I don't care whether you are elderly, had a hard life in another country, or want a better life for yourself. If you aren't a U.S. citizen that contributed to the system, you shouldn't be able to receive a single penny of U.S. taxpayer money.

I feel so sorry for the Gore family, I can understand investigation, but some of the posts allowed are uncalled for and pathetic. Makes me sad of how low our society has become.
