This Act provides the legal framework for the diplomatic service of the Kyrgyz Republic, defines its objectives, functions, and regulates labor relations and other foreign service officers of the Kyrgyz Republic and public servants from the Foreign Service of the Kyrgyz Republicensuring the participation of the Kyrgyz Republic in international organizations, international conferences and forums; enhancing the role of the Kyrgyz Republic in the world community in solving global and regional problems

Rights, obligations and responsibilities employees of the diplomatic service:

The employees of the diplomatic service during their stay in the affiliated companies shall enjoy the privileges and immunities established by international law

1)early rise in the diplomatic rank or assignment of extraordinary diplomatic rank;

If diplomatic service members make criminal, administrative, disciplinary breaking rules by normative legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.OR non-performance or improper performance of their duties, the following disciplinary sanctions:1) замечание;2) выговор;3) строгий выговор;4) предупреждение о неполном служебном соответствии;5) понижение в должности или в дипломатическом ранге;6) лишение дипломатического ранга;7) освобождение от занимаемой должности.

Financial, material and social security, guarantees and compensation

Any damage is compensated 50% of their total salary will be paid until

returning to host country All financial support is taken by budget of KR

In order to encourage and promote activities of Diplomatic Mission, the members who know 2 or more foreign languages are paid by extra money
