Wondering how to access the digital resources? Follow this path!

Digital Path Click to Discover

Sign in to SavvasRealize.com.

Click Sign In. Enter your username and password.

My username is _________________. (Store your password in a secure location.)

Note the helpful resources at the bottom of the page:

Explore your account.

This is the Savvas Realize home page. Notice the

icons in the upper-right corner.

• The magnifying glass icon allows you to quickly search for program content.

• The bell icon provides notifications.

• The question mark icon provides access to these options:

o Help for This Page (includes Release Notes, Realize Help, and Additional Support)

o Program Training (takes you to My Savvas Training, our one-stop website for program support and resources)

o Technical Support (takes you to the Savvas Customer Care website)

o Contact a Program Specialist (allows you to chat with a specialist)

• The person icon provides access to these options:

o Settings (including account information and available programs)

o Announcements (including new features or updates to the program)

o Option to sign out of the program

You may use the circles or the tabs at the top to navigate to the following options:

• Browse (to view all program resources)

• Classes (to add a class or students or to see assignments)

• Data (to view online assessment results)

• My Library (to access your personal library containing custom content, links, attachments, and playlists)

The messaging icon on the bottom right provides program and/or platform messages and tips.

Explore the Three Cheers for Pre-K home page.

Click Three Cheers for Pre-K to access the program materials.

You will see the following:

• Top navigation bar—Browse, Classes, Data, My Library

• Table of Contents

• Side navigation bar—Create Content, Rearrange, My Content, and Teacher Resources

NOTE: You can choose to view this information in Thumbnail or List view.

Explore Tools.

Click Tools.

Notice the following:

• SCOUT Observational Assessment: Document student learning in a single, organized place.

• Digital Bookshelf: Access a library of ebooks to share in class or at home.

• Modeled Moment Videos: Access activities that families can do to strengthen bonds and build on classroom learning.

• Math Tools: Use digital tools, such as counters and shapes, to for additional practice and modeling.

Explore the Table of Contents.

The Table of Contents is home to many resources. Explore the following:

• Google Classroom Integration: Easily share content and data between your Savvas Realize and Google Classroom™ accounts.

• Distance Learning: Check out resources and tips for teaching remotely.

• Print Teacher’s Guides: View your Teacher’s Guide in an easy-to-navigate flipbook format.

• Editable Lesson Planners: Customize your weekly lesson plans using these editable planners.

• Family Engagement: Click here to access the Family Engagement Portal.

• Teacher Toolkit (not shown): Find helpful assets you will need throughout the year.

Notice the Teacher Resources on the right:

• Assessment Guide: Find helpful guidance and resources for assessment.

• Professional Learning Guide: Find tips and research to help you along the way.

Explore My Library. Create playlists with resources from the Table of Contents! Playlists keep your favorite assets in one place. They are stored in the My Library tab. You can also assign them to students and families for at-home use.

Explore the Themes.

The resources for each theme are also in the Table of Contents.

Click Theme 1. The digital resources are unique to this theme.

• Centergize: 16 multisensory activities per theme, plus options to refresh Centers

• English Language Development: Support for English learners

• Family Communication: Family Letters in multiple languages; Volunteer and Celebration Notes

Click Week 1. Locate the resources for each week. Notice the quick and easy access to the Teacher’s Guide and Weekly Planner. Click Day 1. Here you will find the digital assets that support daily instruction. Explore the following:

• Trade Book: You have one trade book for each week of the theme.

• Big Book: This book includes tales, rhymes, and fables for use during Story and Circle Time.

• Wordless Experience Book: This activity gives students a chance to tell their own stories and develop vocabulary, oral expression, and writing skills.

• Cards: Different cards are mentioned throughout the day. Use these cards for a variety of learning and movement activities.

Explore the Early Learner View.

Click My Work.

Look at what students and families will see when they log in.

Students can access Assignments, the Wordless Experience books under eTexts, and the Digital Bookshelf under Tools. NOTE: Keep in mind that assignments at the Pre-K level are content and activities that families can do at home together.

Click Explore.

Click Explore and select Three Cheers for Pre-K. Click Family Engagment to access the portal. Connect easily with parents and caregivers throughout the school year, whether teaching face to face or remotely. Click Songs to listen to the songs students sing at school. Families can learn the words too! Click Games for fun, interactive games students can play at home to practice the skills they are learning at school. Click the Themes to see content aligned to each of the nine themes for use at home.
