Digital Marketing allows us to layer our approach to acquisition, conversion, and retention tying efforts together to support organizational and marketing goals and objectives.

Digital Marketing does not abandon traditional marketing but instead provides us the opportunity to integrate the two and provide measurable results and insights enabling us to understand our audience and build long-term relationships that will drive business into the future.

An understanding of the Groundswell concept is critical in developing an integrated Digital Marketing strategy – the Web 2.0 movement, the methods, and measurement. Developing a thorough knowledge of digital channels, their relationship to one another, optimizing for conversion and measuring are the key components to a successful strategy.
